[Function] There is a halogen lamp without a reflector. For example, a mini-type halogen lamp called JD type corresponds to this. In such a halogen lamp, there is a concern that the light emitting portion (glass tube) may burst at the end of its life or when the temperature changes suddenly due to the attachment of water droplets. In the present invention, such anxiety is eliminated by integrally molding the glass cover portion on the reflecting surface portion. It is necessary to allow the light emitting portion of the halogen lamp to be taken in and out of the reflector plate unit in which the reflecting surface portion and the glass cover portion are integrally molded. For this purpose, an assembling hole is provided in the center of the reflecting surface so that the light emitting portion of the halogen lamp can be inserted and removed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The instrument of the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. A lighting fixture using this halogen lamp is a spotlight fixture directly attached to the ceiling. This apparatus includes a reflection plate unit 100 integrally formed with a reflection surface portion 1 for controlling the light distribution of the halogen lamp 2 in the front direction and a glass cover portion 14 for covering the halogen lamp 2 from the front direction. An assembling hole 51 is provided in the center of the reflecting surface portion 1 to such an extent that the light emitting portion of the halogen lamp 2 can be inserted and removed. Supplement the explanation. The mount 10 is fixed to the ceiling with wood screws or the like. The mounting base 9 of the instrument body 8 is put on the mounting base 10, and the cap nut 12 is tightened to the screw 11. The auxiliary body 3 which can be swung with respect to the instrument body 8 can be appropriately tilted with respect to the instrument body 8 by the adjusting screw 7 to adjust the irradiation direction.
The reflection surface portion 1 is attached to the auxiliary body 3 via the unit mounting bracket 4.
And hold the lamp socket 6 of the halogen lamp 2. The mounting piece 5 at the tip of the unit mounting bracket 4 elastically and detachably engages with the groove 15 formed in the base end of the reflecting surface 1. The base of the halogen lamp 2 is an Edison base. The halogen lamp 2 is inserted from the lower side and screwed into the lamp socket 6 to be held. The mini halogen lamp 2 may explode at the end of its life or when the temperature changes suddenly due to water droplets or the like, and glass fragments of the light emitting part may be scattered. In order to prevent this scattering, a glass cover portion 14 is provided. The reflective surface portion 1 and the glass cover portion 14 are made of glass of the same material and are integrally formed. Specific means of formation are heat welding, adhesion with a heat resistant adhesive, screwing, fitting, etc., whereby the reflecting surface portion 1 and the glass cover portion 14 can be integrated. After the halogen lamp 2 is attached, the reflecting surface portion 1 can be attached in the final step of assembly of the device. Since the reflection surface portion 1 for controlling the irradiation direction and the glass cover portion 14 are integrally formed, it is not necessary to attach a further scattering prevention cover. Further, the present invention can be applied only to the existing lighting fixture having the same mounting method of the reflecting plate, only by replacing the reflecting plate with the reflecting plate unit 100. Next, another embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 will be described. This is the same as in FIGS.
This is a modification of the structure of the reflector unit 100 of the above embodiment. The other points are the same as those in FIGS. 1 to 3. Therefore, the parts numbers in FIGS. 1 to 3 are appropriately diverted and quoted to explain only the matters peculiar to the embodiments in FIGS. The base 20 of the metallic reflecting surface portion 17 is locked to the mounting piece 5 formed at the end of the unit mounting bracket 4 provided inside the auxiliary body 3, and the reflector unit 100 is mounted. Since the metallic reflecting surface portion 17 is mainly manufactured by plastic working using a spatula or the like, a holding piece 19 is integrally provided at the same time, and the glass cover portion 18 is held therein.
The reflector unit 100 including the glass cover portion 7 and the glass cover portion 18 is configured. The holding of the glass cover portion 18 with respect to the holding piece 19 is a mode in which the glass cover portion 18 in a desired posture is pushed up, the glass cover portion 18 is rotated, and the peripheral edge thereof is placed on the holding piece 19. Also in this case, the front glass cover 18
This makes it possible to prevent glass fragments of the halogen lamp 2 from scattering. The present invention is not limited to the above spotlight fixtures, but can be applied to, for example, a ceiling-embedded fixture or a wiring duct type fixture.
