Abstract

PURPOSE:To smooth the rotation of the rotary frame by making either of upper and lower members with a metallic material and making the other with a synthetic resin material so as to reduce friction at the rotation through self- lubrication while securing stiffness. CONSTITUTION:The rotary frame 2 is made up of upper lower torus members 8, 10, a torus plate member 12 interposed between the upper lower torus members 8, 10, and balls 14 arranged to the plate member 12 for plural numbers, e.g. 8 sets at an equal interval of a circumference to allow the upper member 8 to be rotated freely. Then either of the upper lower members 8, 10 is made of a metallic material and the other is made of a synthetic resin material to provide stiffness and flexibility to the rotary frame 2. When a heavy weight is placed on the rotary frame 2 and a force to rotate the heavy material to direct the heavy weight in a prescribed direction, the upper member 8 is rotated by the rolling contact of the balls and then the heavy weight is directed in a prescribed direction.

As a result, the rotating frame 2 is formed by the upper member 8 made of metal and the lower member 10 made of synthetic resin, and it is possible to withstand a minimum load-bearing function, for example, a static load of about 80 〓. While ensuring the rigidity of the rotary frame 2, part of the load of the television receiver 6 can be absorbed by the flexible lower member 10, and deformation of the metallic upper member 8 due to the load can be prevented. When the load is removed, the original state is restored by the restoring force of the lower member 10, which is practically advantageous.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, an annular upper and lower member, an annular plate member interposed between these upper and lower members, and a plurality of plate members at equal circumferential intervals. A rotating frame whose upper member is rotatable is formed by the spheres arranged, and one of the upper and lower members is made of a metal material and the other is made of a synthetic resin material to make the rotating frame rigid. Since it is configured to add flexibility and
While securing the rigidity of the rotating frame, it can absorb part of the load of heavy objects with flexibility, prevent deformation due to the load, and return to the original state by restoring force when the load is removed. It is restored and practically advantageous. Further, since the member made of the synthetic resin material has self-lubricating property, the friction during the rotating operation can be reduced, the rotating operation of the rotating frame can be smoothly performed, and the maintenance is unnecessary. At the same time, there is no fear of causing noise during the rotating operation, and the weight can be reduced as compared with the conventional one. Further, since the member made of the synthetic resin material can be easily molded, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional one, which is economically advantageous. Furthermore, if the rotation range of the rotary frame body is restricted by the stopper means, unnecessary rotation operation is prevented, and the wear of each part can be minimized, and the service life of each part is reduced. Can be lengthened, which is practically advantageous.
