Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid the sticking of a guide pin out of a floor surface unexpectedly. CONSTITUTION: A main body 3 of a sliding door is suspended and held with runners freely movable on the upper rail. A guide pin 4 provided in a freely sticking out or returning manner by a magnetic force on the floor surface is inserted, in a projected state, to a running groove 5 formed on the bottom end surface of the body 3 of the sliding door as a running guide. A magnet 6 is provided at the head of the guide pin 4. At the main body 3 side of the sliding door, a magnetizing body M for magnetizing and holding the guide pin 4 through a magnet is provided. The guide pin 4 is retained and held in a freely movable state upand-down in a cylindrical case 12 embedded below the floor surface.

However, when the hanging door main body 3 travels in the closing direction, the guide pin 4 sinking under the floor is magnetically attracted by the attraction magnet 7 of the magnet M 1 and pulled up.
Is rushed into the running groove 5 on the lower end surface of the hanging door main body 3, and the running state can be maintained by the magnetic attachment to the magnetic material plate M 2 to guide the running. Guide pin 4
Is inserted into a cylindrical case 12 embedded under the floor so that it can be moved up and down, and a magnet 6 is attached to the head of the guide pin 4. The other pole of the attraction magnet 7 whose magnetic pole is different from that of the magnet 6 provided at the tip of the guide pin 4 is made the same pole as the magnet 6 on the guide pin 4 side, and the guide pin 4 is retracted below the floor. The repulsion magnet portion 9 is formed (see FIG. 1).

When the guide pin 4 reaches the end of the running groove 5, however, the magnet portion 9 for repulsion presses the guide pin 4 below the floor surface and pushes the guide pin 4 completely into the outer cylinder 12. It is something to keep. Thus, the magnet 6 is provided on the upper end portion of the guide pin 4, and the magnetic body M for magnetically holding the guide pin 4 via the magnet 3 is provided on the hanging door body 3 side. The guide pin 4 is held by a cylindrical case 12 buried below the surface so as to be vertically movable, and when the guide pin 4 is released from the magnetic attachment by the magnetic attachment M on the side of the hanging door body 3, the guide pin 4 is moved by its own weight. The guide pin 4 is dropped and stored in the cylindrical case 12, and therefore the guide pin 4 is moved upward through the magnet 3 at the head of the guide pin 4 due to, for example, a suction action of a cleaner or movement of various metal pieces. Even if it is pulled up, the vacuum cleaner passes and the suction force is released, or when the magnetic attachment is released, the guide pin 4 falls by its own weight and the tubular case 1
Since it is stored in the guide 2, the guide pin 4 does not unexpectedly remain protruding.

The guide pin 4 is made of aluminum, and a disk-shaped magnet 6 is attached to its head by a magnet cover 8. A protective sheet 13 is attached to the upper surface of the magnet 6. A flange 15 is formed on the cylindrical case 12 into which the guide pin 4 is vertically movably inserted and held, and the flange 15 is placed on the floor surface 11. The shape and form of the guide pin 4 and the tubular case 12 can be changed in various ways.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a magnet is provided on the head of the guide pin, and a magnetized body for magnetically holding the guide pin is provided on the hanging door body side through the magnet. Since it is held vertically movable in a cylindrical case buried below the surface, when the guide pin is demagnetized by the magnetic body on the hanging door main body side, the guide pin is placed inside the cylindrical case by its own weight. Therefore, even if the guide pin is pulled up through the magnet of its head, it is dropped and stored when the magnetic attachment is released. There is an advantage that it does not unexpectedly remain protruding.
