外に夫々を併列状に開口行なわしめる。この発明は上記
分岐チャンバーAを形成せる内部機枠11にフィルター
機構9及び送風機10を一体的に取り付けしてなるもの
で、該分岐チャンバーA全体を上記機体1の下底開口B
部に上下可動且つ取り外し調整自在に嵌装し、所定の位
置にてこれを固定する。上記、固定手段としては螺子止
めによる固定方法は勿論のこと、分岐チャンバーAの外
径寸を機体1の開口B径より稍広径寸法に形成し、面接
触による圧面作用を利用して固定する手段その他如何な
る固締方法でも可能であり、また該分岐チャンバーA全
体を開口Bに対して開閉自在に取付けすることも一考で
