Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the insertion work of a cable clamp and reduce the manhour in incorporation when inserting the base of the cable clamp into the insertion frame of a supporting lever thereby assembling the chain-linked cable clamp. CONSTITUTION:The positioning in height direction and lateral direction of a supporting lever 14 is performed by inserting a pair of scooping arms at the head of an insertion guide A from both sides of the lower part of an insertion frame 15. Hereby, the insertion frame 15 and the inner face of the cable clamp insertion groove 2 of the insertion guide A becomes substantially level, so a cable clamp 17 is inserted into the cable clamp insertion groove 2, and the cable clamp 17 is shifted from here into the insertion frame 15.

The chain-shaped electric wire clamp C has a large number of electric wire clamps 17 arranged and accommodated in the insertion frame 15 of the support rod 14, and the electric wire clamp 17 has a pair of clamping claws 19 and 19 on an upper portion of a base portion 18. It is provided (see FIGS. 5 and 6). Then, one end of the electric wire 12 to be routed is pushed and clamped into the pair of clamps 19, 19 when passing through the electric wire clamp 17 by the traveling of the wiring head, and the pin 1 of the wiring base B is pinched.
The other end of the electric wire 12 bent and passed by 1 is clamped by the clamps 19 and 19 of another electric wire clamp 17.
Therefore, the wire clamp 17 that holds both ends of the wire 12
The position of must be accurate because it affects not only the position where the electric wire is held by the wiring head but also the wiring length and the binding position of the electric wire 12.

In the conventional assembly of the chain-shaped electric wire clamp C, as shown in FIG. 7, before the electric wire clamp 17 is inserted into the insertion frame 15, a file is inserted into the insertion opening at the tip thereof. Chamfering is done by using. However, in order to prevent the electric wire clamp 17 from rattling and moving, the electric wire clamp 17 is formed so that there is almost no dimensional difference (clearance) between the outer method of the base 18 and the inner method of the insertion frame 15. It is difficult to insert the clamp 17 quickly and surely from the insertion opening of the insertion frame 15. Therefore, the number of assembly steps is increased and the manufacturing cost is increased, which is a problem.
