指紋の特徴パラメータ及びプログラム等を予め記憶して
なるROM(14b),RAM(14c)及びカードリーダとの信号
伝送器(14d)を有し、イメージセンサ(11)による指
紋の特徴パラメータと予め記憶してなる特徴パラメータ
との照合をIDカード内に行うようになされている。
