【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 核燃料物質のダスト含有のガスを吸引す
る配管(11)に接続された集塵器本体(1)内に円筒状の金
属フイルター(2)が複数配置され、これら円筒状の金属
フイルター(2)が集塵器本体(1)を閉じる上板(20)に装着
保持されていて、各金属フイルター(2)の上端が夫々個
別の連結管(22)並びに三方切替弁(6)を介してグローブ
ボックス貫通部の逆止弁(25)が設置された逆洗用エアの
配管(10)と排気ブロワー(9)に通じる配管(24)とに接続
され、更に前記各金属フイルター(2)の外側が金属フイ
ルターのメッシュよりも小さなメッシュの濾布(3)によ
って個々に囲撓されていることを特徴とする核燃料物質
含有ダスト回収装置。
