も設置することは可能であるが、この発明においては上
記、仕切板3にて形成せる排気室6、外気導入室7等の
空間部を利用して加湿器の供給源機構、純水器等の機構
を他室内に設置せる加湿器15と配管にて連結して設置
行わしめることによって従来の如く機外に設置すること
もなく非常に至便に設置可能である。この発明は、上記
の如く形成してなる床置形換気ユニットにおいて、全熱
交換器2の下方に上記左右の送風通路A,Aと連通して
給気、排気用バイバス通路B,Bを形成設け、更に該バ
イバス通路B,B内に給気、排気通路切換えダンバー2
1a,21bを配設してなるものである。かかる給、排
気通路切換えダンバー21a,21bをダンバーモータ
21cの作動にて開閉行わしめることによってバイバス
通路B,Bが開路し、外気が外気取入口10より給気側
のバイバス通路B,Bに流れ給気口8より直接に室内に
送給行わしめ外気冷房を容易に求ることが出来得るので
ある。また上記と同時に還気口9より機内に導入せる室
内の汚染空気は一方の排気用バイバス通路Bを経て排気
口11より直接に室外に放出する。なお上記、給気、排
気用バイバス通路B,Bは給、排気通路を並列に全熱交
換器2の下方に形成してなるものであるが場合によって
は該全熱交換器2の中間箇所、または上部等適宜の箇所
にて形成設けることも可能である。

器2を軸に両側に略U形状の送風通路A,Aを形成する
と共に仕切板3,3にて送気室4、排気室6等の各室を
機内に区画形成したことによって、夫々の室内空間を利
用して熱交換コイル14、加湿器15、ドレンパン1
6、フィルター17.18等必要とする各機構装置を容
易に収容出来得、更に重量である全熱交換器2を中央部
に、該左右底部に還気、排気用の送風機12,13が設
置されているので機体全体をより安定に設置出来得る等
