2. Description of the Related Art In the construction of a close-in portion of a conventional wooden frame house construction, a wall and a floor are formed on a pillar and a joist which is a frame located in the outer peripheral portion of the close-in, respectively. It is a thing. That is, on the floor surface, structural plywood is laid on the joist, and there are some differences in wall formation between the true wall construction method and the large wall construction method. A soft fiberboard push-in board is attached. In the large wall construction method, a heat insulating material is filled between the pillars, and plywood is attached between the pillar surfaces.

All of the above-mentioned works were performed manually by carpenters. This is because in framed construction, the dryness of timber and the slight deviation of the tenon and mortise formation positions of the pillars do not necessarily eliminate the deviation of the built-in positions between the pillars. The craftsmen measure the dimensions of each push-in, cut the material and complete the push-in by nailing etc. It takes about 8 hours to complete one push-in (one tatami mat) by a skilled carpenter. It costs.

As described above, in the house construction by the wooden frame construction method, the close-in work is troublesome, which is a great obstacle to the rationalization of the construction. In addition, in the true wall construction method, there is a problem that the heat insulating material cannot be incorporated, heat loss from the pressing is likely to occur, and sound insulation cannot be performed sufficiently. Therefore, the present invention proposes a new push-in forming method in which the push-in of the true wall construction method is an assembly type.

Therefore, even if there is some error in the distance between the frame columns of the closet, the closet can be manufactured by assembling the wall panels produced at the factory. Even if the wall panels are not formed to be large or small, a large wall can be formed by connecting a plurality of wall panels with a connecting frame member having an H-shaped cross section. Further, when forming an inner shelf in the closet, as in the case of the wall panel, an inner shelf member and a shelf receiving member having a U-shaped cross section or a split shelf receiving member in which a shelf plate portion and a shelf frame are integrated in advance. Is manufactured, the lower parts of the shelf receiving member or the split shelf receiving member are fixed to the wall panel, and the middle shelf member is positioned in the recess of the shelf receiving member or the split shelf receiving member. The dimensional error is adjusted by the void in the recess.
