2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a container with a measuring spoon in which a powdery substance and a measuring spoon for measuring the powdery substance are enclosed is well known.
In such a container with a measuring spoon, at the time of use, after opening the container, the measuring spoon is first taken out, the powdery particles are weighed by this measuring spoon, and a predetermined amount of the powdery particles is taken out and used. Therefore, when manufacturing the container, it is necessary to store the measuring spoon so that the measuring spoon can be easily taken out after opening.

As a technique for taking out and storing the measuring spoon easily, as shown in FIG.
It is known that a powder spoon 103 is filled with the powder granules 103, and then the measuring spoon 102 is placed on the powder granules 103. However, in this technique, a space for accommodating the entire measuring spoon 102 is required in addition to a space for accommodating the powder and granules 103, and the container becomes large. As a result, manufacturing costs and transportation costs rise, and storage is inconvenient.
Further, before being transported to the place where it is used, the measuring spoon 102 will be buried in the granular material 103 due to vibrations, etc., and the location of the measuring spoon 102 will not be known, or the hands will be soiled when taken out. There are drawbacks.

Further, as a technique for enclosing the measuring spoon so as not to be buried, as shown in FIG. 6, a technique has been proposed in which a part of the measuring spoon 102 is adhered to a sealing paper 104 for sealing the container. . And in this technique, the measuring spoon 102 is fixed to the upper part of the container body 101,
There is no possibility of being buried in the granular material 103 during transportation. However, even in the conventional container with a measuring spoon as described above, since the measuring spoon 102 is stored on the granular material 103, apart from the space for storing the granular material 103,
A space for accommodating the measuring spoon 102 is required. In addition, there is a problem that the manufacturing process is time-consuming, such as adhering the measuring spoon 102 to the paper seal 104 and sticking the paper seal 104 to the container body 101.

According to the container with a measuring spoon of the present invention, a part of the grip portion of the measuring spoon is held by the spoon fixing portion, and the measuring spoon is fixed inside the container body.
Therefore, the measuring spoon can be stored under a state where the measuring spoon is partially exposed from the granular material. Thus, in the present invention,
Since the space for storing the measuring spoon is not provided separately from the space for storing the granular material, the container does not become large. In addition, the measuring spoon is stored in a state where a part thereof is exposed from the powder and granules, and is not buried in the powder or granules due to vibration during transportation. Therefore, when opening the measuring spoon, it is possible to take out the measuring spoon without getting the hands dirty. Moreover, the measuring spoon can be fixed without the trouble of adhering the measuring spoon or sticking the paper seal.

This embodiment will be described in more detail. The container body 1 of the container with a measuring spoon of this embodiment has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an open upper surface, as shown in FIG. The container body 1 is formed by bending and joining a single plate body having a predetermined shape. Further, the container body 1 has a polymerized end portion 1b formed by folding back a plate forming the container body 1 inside the vicinity of the opening. The overlapping end 1b is adhered only on the side near the opening, and the vicinity of the edge is slightly separated from the outer member. Stacked end 1b
As shown in FIG. 2, a cut 1c is made from the edge toward the opening, and a part of the overlapping end 1b is erected inside the container body 1 through the cut 1c. A pair of bent pieces 1d and 1d are formed. Each of the bent pieces 1d and 1d has a protrusion 1e at the end thereof which bulges toward the other bent piece 1d. A folding line 1f is provided at the upper end of each bent portion 1d. The bent piece 1d is bent and formed so as to rotate about the fold line 1f.

As shown in FIG. 3, the measuring spoon 2 has a scooping portion 2a and a handle portion 2b connected to the scooping portion 2a. The width of the grip portion 2b (W shown in FIG. 3) is larger than the distance between the protrusions 1e (w shown in FIG. 2). The end of the handle portion 2b is bulged to form a substantially disc-shaped locking portion 2c. The measuring spoon 2 holds a part of the handle portion 2b by the pair of bent pieces 1d of the container body 1 and holds the locking portion 2b.
c is in contact with the bent piece 1d. As a result, the measuring spoon 2 is fixed to the inside of the container body 1 with the scooping portion 2a suspended downward. The granular material 3 is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the bent piece 1d is filled up to just below.

In the container body 1 of the above-mentioned container with a measuring spoon, the notch 1c is made when the plate body is formed,
After that, it can be manufactured similarly to the conventional container body of this type. Then, when the pair of bent pieces 1d and 1d are raised inward of the container body 1 and a measuring spoon is inserted between the bent pieces 1d, the measuring spoon 2 is fixed. Then, the powder and granules 3 are filled to obtain the container with a measuring spoon of this embodiment.

In the container with a measuring spoon of this embodiment, a part of the handle portion 2b of the measuring spoon 2 is held and the container body 1
It is stored under suspended condition. Therefore, the measuring spoon 2 will not be buried in the granular material 3 due to vibration or the like during transportation. Further, the measuring spoon 2 is housed in a state in which the engaging portion 2c is exposed above the powder and granules 3, and the measuring spoon 2 can be seen when opened. Therefore, it is possible to take out the measuring spoon 2 without getting the hands dirty.
Particularly, in this embodiment, since the bent piece 1d is exposed from the granular material 3, it can be seen that the measuring spoon 2 is fixed to the bent piece 1d, and the measuring spoon 2 can be fixed by an appropriate method without hesitation. You can take it out. Furthermore, measuring spoon 2
Since there is no need for a space to store the whole separately from the granular material 3, the size of the entire container is not increased, and a rise in manufacturing cost and transportation cost can be avoided. It is also convenient for storage and can contribute to the reduction of the amount of dust after use. In addition, since the space above the granular material 3 is small, it is possible to give the consumer a real intuition.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but the specific shapes and dimensions of the respective members, the mounting positions of the respective members, etc. can be appropriately changed. For example, the locking portion of the measuring spoon may have a wedge-shaped recess formed in the handle portion. Alternatively, the handle portion may be formed to have a larger width toward the edge, and the end portion of the handle portion may be the locking portion. Further, due to the relationship among the depth of the container body, the position of the spoon fixing portion, and the length of the measuring spoon, when the scooping portion is suspended and fixed below, the measuring spoon comes into contact with the bottom portion of the container body. In some cases, the locking portion may not be provided. The pair of bent pieces may be cut out one by one from the adjacent surfaces of the overlapping ends.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the measuring spoon can be stored in a state where only a part of the measuring spoon is exposed above the granular material. Therefore, without providing a space for storing the whole measuring spoon separately from the granular material, it is possible to avoid the measuring spoon being buried in the granular material, and to store the measuring spoon so that it can be easily taken out. Therefore, the size of the container can be further reduced. Further, the spoon fixing portion can be easily provided in the process of manufacturing the container body, and the measuring spoon can be fixed by the spoon fixing portion. Therefore, there is no need to attach a measuring spoon or stick a paper seal, and relatively easily.
A container with a measuring spoon can be manufactured.
