【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 針板の針穴を通過して上下動する縫針
と、 その縫針と協働して本縫い縫目を形成するため針板の下
側に配設され且つ縫針の目孔を挿通した上糸の糸ループ
を捕捉する半回転釜ユニットと、 目孔を挿通した上糸の布側上糸と天秤側上糸とを振り分
ける糸分け部を有する釜糸案内部材と、固定刃と、前記
糸分け部で振り分けられた布側上糸と下糸とを往復揺動
により捕捉して加工布の近傍位置で固定刃と協働して切
断する可動刃とを含み、針板の下面側に配設された糸切
り機構と、 前記縫針の上下運動と同期して可動刃を往復揺動させる
駆動用リンク系とを備えたパターン縫いミシンにおい
て、 前記半回転釜ユニットは、 ミシンのベッド部に固着された大釜と、 前記大釜内に、水平軸心の周りに往復回動可能に支承さ
れた半回転中釜であって、開放端側からボビンケースを
着脱可能に装着し得るケース収容部と、縫針の針落ち位
置よりも開放端側において開放端側から視て時計回り方
向への回転時に糸ループを捕捉する剣先を有する半回転
中釜とを備え、 前記可動刃に、前記糸分け部で振り分けられた布側上糸
と天秤側上糸とを分離する為の糸捌き部がその先端部に
形成されるとともに、この糸捌き部で分離された布側上
糸と天秤側上糸とを相互に離間させる為の第1案内部と
第2案内部とが夫々糸捌き部に連続させて形成され、更
に第1案内部で案内された布側上糸を捕捉する捕捉用切
欠き部が形成され、 前記可動刃の揺動中心は、前記釜糸案内部材の糸分け部
により針落ち位置よりも半回転中釜における開放端側に
振り分けられて第1案内部で案内された布側上糸を復動
時に捕捉用切欠き部で捕捉し得るように、針落ち位置よ
りも半回転中釜における反開放端側且つ開放端側から視
て左側に設けられ、前記可動刃は、復動時に捕捉した布
側上糸と下糸とを固定刃と協働して切断することを特徴
とするパターン縫いミシン。
