ことが考えられるが、この場合、ケーブル用プーリを旋
回軸上に支持するアームを一定の速度比で回転させるた
めに渦電流クラッチ等の伝動機構を介してアームの一端
を旋回軸に取付ける必要があり、構成が複雑となり、か
つ、コスト高となるという不都合を免れない。

ブル巻胴と同一外径のロープ巻胴を一体的に設け、前記
旋回部にロープ用プーリを支持し、前記ケーブル用プー
リに掛けたケーブルの両端を、固定部と旋回部に設けた
ケーブル巻胴に互に同じ方向で巻付けると共に、ロープ
用プーリに掛けたロープの一端を、固定部に設けたロー
プ巻胴に前記ケーブルと反対方向に巻付け、該ロープの
他端をボスに設けたロープ巻胴に前記ケーブルと同じ方
向に巻付けたことを特徴とするものである。
