処理される。前記ホストコンピュータ2は、生産管理用
コンピュータ1から送られた生産指示に対し、予め記憶
している成形条件、温度データ、製品取出条件、使用樹
脂、金型番号等の設備条件をファイルから読み出し、読
み出したデータを各設備を制御しているローカルコンピ
ュータ3a〜3eへ伝送する。各成形設備4ではこのローカ
ルコンピュータ3a〜3eから送信されてくる情報(ショッ
ト数、アラーム情報、生産段取停止等の設備状態)に基
づいて成形機の生産管理を行う。ここで、集計される生
産管理情報は、例えば不良発生時の生産条件出力、稼動
状況計算、良品数、不良品数の集計、日報、月報の出力

ータ、樹脂データ、金型データ等が各品種毎に記憶され
ている。そして、1ショット毎のデータをホストコンピ
ュータ2へ送り返すとともに、もし成形設備4内のある
設備が故障した場合に発生するアラーム情報を受けて予
め決めた処理段階に応じて即停止、1サイクル運転後停
止、数ショット確認後停止等の処理を行う。さらに、1
