10には送風機8の運転停止時に温水の流れを床暖房パネ
ル3へ切り替えることのできる三方弁11が設けられてい
る。また、室内機1側には送風機8および三方弁11等を
制御する制御部12を備えた運転操作部13と、室温検出用
の温度センサ14が有り、室外機2側には図示されてない
ボイラやポンプ等を制御する制御部(図示せず)が有
り、両制御部間は図示されてない信号線で結ばれてい
る。
