Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily install and remove a chute for waste materials and reduce noises while throwing waste materials, by joining a plurality of divided members with a hollow double-layer structure in the peripheral direction to form a guide pipe for the dropping waste materials. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of divided members 20,... with a hollow double-layer structure are jointed to each other in the peripheral direction to form a guide pipe 10 of a chute for waste materials provided with a feed opening for waste materials and the guide pipes 10 for the dropping wastes. The divided member 20 is provided with recessed connection parts or protruded connection parts at both peripheral end faces so as to fit the protruded connection part into the recessed connection part for the assembling. The assembled divided members 20 are fastened from the external peripheral side by a belt-form connection member 30. And a plurality of assembled members are joined together in the peripheral direction. Form-retaining members 40, 40 made of inner and outer cylinders 45 can be arranged to retain the assembled divided members 20 from both inside and outside.

When an object is conveyed from a high place as described above, the work efficiency can be improved by installing a dropping device (shooter). However, the conventional dropping device is intended for comparatively soft and lightweight items such as postal items and garbage, and on the other hand, there is a problem that a large amount of noise is generated at the time of dropping because the heat insulating material is a hard and heavy item. Further, when the dropping device is installed after the construction of the building is completed, the installation work is not necessarily easy because the existing device is installed and avoided.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, the guide tube 10 is formed into a linear cylindrical shape by joining a plurality of arc-shaped dividing members 20 each having a cross-sectional shape in the circumferential direction. Has been formed. That is, a concave joint portion 27 and a convex joint portion 28 are formed on both end faces in the circumferential direction of the dividing member 20, and a plurality of dividing members 20, 20 ... Between the concave joint 27 and the convex joint 2
It is assembled into a cylindrical shape by inserting 8 in it. Further, the assembled divided members 20, 20 ... Are held in a cylindrical shape by being constrained from the outer peripheral side or the inner peripheral side by the cylindrical shape-retaining members 16 and 40 at the ends in the axial direction. The dividing members 20, 20 ... Are tightened from the outer peripheral side by a band-shaped joining member 30 to be integrated. Therefore, it is possible to form the cylindrical guide tube 10 by suitably joining the dividing members 20, 20 ... In the circumferential direction without shifting.
