Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate interruption of a contour line, and to drain spontaneously rainwater collecting in a peripheral section at the time of colored coating by using a masking plate. CONSTITUTION: A plate 1a for a first contour line, to which an opening section 11a for a contour is formed, a plate 1b for a second contour, to which an opening section 11b for the contour is formed and in which the place of a connecting section 14b is displaced from the place of the connecting section 14a of the plate for the first contour and the connecting section 14b is shaped, and at least one plate for a peripheral section, to which an opening section 11c for the peripheral section is formed, are used, and a first borderline section is coated with the plate 1a for the first contour in a colored manner. The upper section of the first contour section is coated with a second contour section in the colored manner by the plate 1b for the second contour. The peripheral section is coated with the plate 1c for the peripheral section in the colored manner. The coating thickness of the peripheral section by a third coating process is made the same as or thicker than that of the first contour section.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of coloring and painting the surface of a road surface or a concrete block installed on the road surface, for example, a grid-like joint mold is attached to the surface of the concrete block, and the joint mold is attached to the surface of the concrete block. It is known that a paint is applied to a predetermined thickness from the top, and after the paint is dried, the pattern is peeled off to paint the colored portion defined by the grid pattern joints on the surface of the concrete block.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional coating method, the joint portion covered with the joint mold is not coated. This leads to poor aesthetics and narrow design patterns. In addition, when it is necessary to paint the joint portion, the joint portion must be manually brush-painted, which takes time and labor.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method of colored coating on a road surface or the like of the present invention is configured as follows. That is, it is a method for coloring the surface of a concrete block with a pattern having a contour line portion and a surrounding portion completely surrounded by the contour line portion, which corresponds to the contour line portion on the plate member. For the first contour, a contour opening is formed, and a connecting portion that connects the surrounding cover provided inside the contour opening to the outer cover is provided across the contour opening. Similar to the plate and the first contour plate, a contour opening corresponding to the contour line portion is formed in the plate member, and the surrounding cover portion provided inside the contour opening is covered with an outer cover. A second connecting plate for connecting the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, which is formed to be displaced from the connecting portion of the first connecting plate, and a plate. Surrounded by members At least three masking plates with at least one surrounding plate having an opening for surroundings formed therein are used, and a contour opening is formed on a surface such as a road surface using the first contour plate. Color coating of the first contour line portion through the first part, and second color painting of the second contour line portion through the contour opening on the first contour line portion using the second contour plate And a third painting step of coloring the surrounding portion through the opening for the surrounding portion on the surface such as a road surface using the plate for the surrounding portion and coloring the surrounding portion by the third painting step. The coating thickness should be the same as or thicker than the coating thickness of the first contour line.

Next, in the second painting process using the second contour plate, the contour line portion of the second time is colored and painted through the contour opening on the contour line portion of the first time. The connecting portion of the second contour plate used in the second painting step is displaced from the connecting portion of the first contour plate.

Therefore, the portion of the contour line where the coating is interrupted in the first painting step is filled in by the second painting step,
The contour line portion is completely continuous as a whole. Further, in the second painting process, the paint of the second painting process does not reach under the connecting portion of the second contour plate, and the thickness of the painting of this portion remains the same as the thickness of the first contour line portion. This means that the coating discontinuity in the contour line portion in the first painting step becomes the thickness of the contour line portion in the second painting step. That is, the two painting steps for the contour line portion
The coating thickness of this contour line portion is the thickness of two coatings, but a thin coating portion coated to the thickness of one coating is formed below the connecting portion.

Then, in the third coating step using the plate for the surrounding portion, the surrounding portion is colored and painted on the surface such as the road surface through the opening for the surrounding portion. At this time, since the coating thickness of the surrounding portion coated in the third coating step is equal to or greater than the coating thickness of the first contour line portion, the coating thickness of the surrounding portion is the same as the thin coating portion. Therefore, when rainwater collects on the surrounding portion, the rainwater is naturally drained from the thinly coated portion to the outside of the pattern, and slipping or splashing due to rainwater collecting on the surrounding portion can be prevented.

In the second painting process, the paint of the second painting process does not reach under the connecting portion 14b of the second contour plate 1b, and the thickness of the painting of this portion is the first contour line. The thickness of the portion 81a remains as it is, and the discontinuity 8a in the coating of the contour line portion 81a in the first painting process is the second contour line portion 81b in the second painting process.

Then, in the third coating process using the plate 1c for the surrounding portion, the coating thickness of the surrounding portion 82 is equal to or more than the coating thickness of the first contour line portion 81a. The thickness is equal to or more than the thickness of the thin coated portion 8b. For example, if the thickness of one coating is 1.5 mm, the contour line portion 81 becomes 3 mm thick by coating twice, but the thin coating portion 8b becomes 1.5 mm thick. Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the present invention, a concrete road surface, an asphalt road surface, or the surface of a concrete block installed on the road surface is a coating object. Other concrete blocks include box-type gutter blocks (pipes), road blocks (interlocking), curb blocks, and the like, on which the pattern or the like can be colored and painted.

Further, in the embodiment, the description has been given with an example of a simple pattern in which there is one surrounding portion and the portion is colored with red. Therefore, it is sufficient to prepare one surrounding plate, but the surrounding portion is sufficient. In the case of a complicated pattern which is divided into a plurality of parts by the contour line part and the plurality of surrounding parts are colored with various colors, a corresponding number of plates for the surrounding parts are prepared.
That is, as the contour plate, the connecting portion is misaligned 2
One masking plate is prepared, and at least one masking plate is prepared as the surrounding plate.
