Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. FIG. 1 of the accompanying drawings is an overall schematic view for explaining the outline of a structure for carrying out snowboarding of a half pipe according to the present invention, in which 1 is a running surface (half pipe course). 2, 2 is a flat bottom portion on the planing surface, 3 is also a vertical portion, 4 is a transition portion, 5 is a platform, 6 is a start stand, and 7 is a basic portion of the structure. . The Japan Snowboard Association defines the half pipe course as follows. Inclination 13-20 °, total length 50-150 m, overall width 15-25 m, overall height 2-
3 m, transition radius 1.5-3 m, vertical
0.1 to 0.3 m, platform width 1 m or more, start area width 2 m or less. The present invention also includes a structure for snowboarding a quarter pipe. This structure is a halfboard snowboard structure divided into two parts in the longitudinal direction. It has a form (the flat bottom part may be further expanded), and the sliding mode is similar to both. Therefore, in the following description, a structure for performing halfboard snowboarding will be described.

The basic part 7 of the structure according to the invention can be constructed by any of the methods generally considered. For example, the shape shown in FIG. 1 may be made by concrete or the like, but in reality, a portion above the surface surrounded by the dotted line L is sufficient, and as described above, it is considerably large. Since it will be of a large scale, it is preferable to dig the ground to form a sliding surface conforming to the dimensions of the half pipe course.
Although the sliding surface is tamped and measures are taken to prevent deformation, the vertical portion 3 is a vertical surface, and the soil may collapse. Therefore, in this portion, a plate-like body made of wood, concrete, plastic, or the like is used. It is good to apply and fix it to prevent it from collapsing. If necessary, a water-resistant sheet made of, for example, plastic may be applied to the portions corresponding to the flat bottom portion 2 and the transition portion 4.

(A) Roasting treatment This treatment refers to heating within a range in which at least the upper surface of the pseudo-turf leaf on the artificial lawn is melted. Specifically, infrared rays are emitted from the upper part of the artificial lawn by a heating source, for example, an infrared heater. The melting point of the resin that constitutes the pseudo-turf is different depending on its type.
C., polypropylene has a melting point of 175.degree. C., nylon 6 has a melting point of 223.degree. C. and polyethylene terephthalate has a melting point of 264.degree. When the pseudo-turf leaves are made of low-density polyethylene, the processing conditions are as follows: the temperature of the heater is 400 to 600 ° C, the distance to the heater is 10 to 40 cm, and the heating time is 20 to 50 seconds.

The range of the roasting treatment is preferably at least within the range in which the upper surface of each pseudo-turf leaf is melted. This "at least the upper part" is intended to harden the molten part by this treatment and improve the gliding property, so if the surface layer of a part of the upper part of the pseudo-turf is melted, the purpose is to be improved. Therefore, the surface layer of the whole pseudo-turf leaf including its upper portion may be melted. More specifically,
It may be the upper part up to 80%, the upper part up to 40%, or the upper part up to 10% as seen from the top of the pseudo-shiba leaf.
If the range becomes too short, improvement in gliding performance cannot be expected.

FIG. 4 shows a pseudo-turf leaf 1 which has been subjected to this roasting treatment.
1 strain 12 is shown. The roasting process melts and rounds the tip of the pseudo-turf leaf, but each pseudo-turf leaf 1
1 holds the upright state. (b) Bending treatment The bending treatment is a treatment in which a standing pseudo-turf leaf is bent by pressing downward from above the standing pseudo-turf leaf group. This pressing may be performed from above and below with a press plate, or it may be sandwiched between opposing rolls and an artificial lawn may be inserted between the rolls to be depressed. Of these methods, pressing with a roll tends to cause directionality in bending, while pressing with a pressing plate causes bending in random directions, so a pressing plate is preferable. The temperature at this time may be room temperature, or may be heated if necessary. When the pseudo-turf is made of low-density polyethylene, it may be at room temperature, but other resins are heated if necessary.

The degree of bending of the pseudo-turf in the bending treatment is
It is preferable that the height of the upright state is 100% and the height of the pseudo-turf leaf after the bending treatment is in the range of 70 to 91% of that. The artificial lawn made of this pseudo-turf that has been subjected to the bending process has the effect of suppressing the braking property exhibited by the upright pseudo-turf and imparting cushioning properties to the sliding surface, but it exerts these effects. However, the above bending degree is suitable. And the fact that the height falls within the range of 70 to 91% as described above should be substantially within this range, and about 80% or more of the pseudo-turf leaves in the artificial lawn should meet this requirement. It is preferable to satisfy.

The artificial lawn used in the present invention may be one in which both the above-mentioned bending treatment and roasting treatment are applied to pseudo-turf leaves. In this case, it is preferable to perform the bending treatment first and then the roasting treatment. FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the strain 12 of the pseudo-turf leaf 11 that has undergone both of these treatments. The roasting treatment hardens the surface of the pseudo-turf and lowers the friction coefficient during sliding, so that the smoothness of the snowboard is greatly improved. On the other hand, the bending treatment suppresses the braking property exhibited by the pseudo-turf leaf in an upright state and increases the gliding property.

Since the above-mentioned characteristics can be exhibited in the pseudo-turf leaves which have been subjected to the roasting treatment and the bending treatment,
The artificial lawn laid on each of the flat bottom portion 2, the vertical portion 3 and the transition portion 4 on the boarding gliding surface is useful if, for example, the following treatments are carried out. The artificial lawn to be laid on the vertical portion is only the roasting treatment, that is, the lawn composed of pseudo-turf shown in FIG. In this case, the pseudo-turf leaves are held in an upright state, and the vertical portion is required to have an edging property, so that an appropriate braking property is desired. Therefore, it is preferable to apply only the roasting treatment.
Further, if the braking property is required, the artificial lawn composed of the upright pseudo turf leaves shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 can be used.

As the artificial lawn to be laid on the flat bottom portion, a lawn which is bent and roasted, that is, a lawn made of pseudo-turf shown in FIG. 5 is used. Since the flat bottom portion is required to have a higher gliding property, the above requirement can be satisfied by using the roasting treatment and the bending treatment together. The transition part is only roasted (Fig. 4) or both roasted and bent.
Either one (of FIG. 5) is used. That is, depending on the slope and size of the half pipe, the transition portion should be selected according to whether it requires greater glide or braking.

In the artificial lawn used in the present invention described above, the safety is improved, that is, the back surface (the back surface of the plate-shaped material on which the pseudo-turf leaves are standing) is raised so as not to cause an injury. It is preferable to laminate a cushion material. Examples of the cushion material include a plate-shaped body made of foamed plastic, such as foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, and polyurethane foam. It has a thickness of 1 to 5 cm and is preferably a closed cell body. In order to construct the foundation portion of the structure of the present invention, it was mentioned above that it is sufficient to form the required shape by using a sloped ground. In this case, the above-mentioned belt-shaped artificial lawn scroll is used as the foundation portion. In the direction parallel to the longitudinal direction or in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, the film may be rewound, laid, and fixed with a U-shaped clasp (U-staple).

When snowboarding the structure of the present invention, water (which may further contain a surfactant or the like) may be sprinkled on the artificial grass surface to further improve the gliding property.
In FIG. 1, only one sprinkler 8 having an opening for sprinkling is shown above the artificial lawn, but in reality, the platform is so arranged that water is sprinkled over the entire running surface 1.
Plural pieces are provided along the frame 5, and plural pieces are also provided on the platform 5 on the other side facing each other. In addition, water may be supplied under the planing surface (under the ground when the land on the slope is the foundation of the structure) by opening a water pipe to the surface of the artificial lawn. The structure for carrying out the snowboarding of the half pipe has been described above. However, the structure for carrying out the snowboarding of the quarter pipe can be constructed in the same manner as the above-mentioned structure. Good.
