転子2が回転すれば、速度検出用磁石1も同一速度で回
転し、ブラケット12に配設された速度検出素子10で
速度信号を得る。この速度信号を位相制御回路へ入力
し、この位相制御回路の出力で位相制御誘導電動機を制
御することにより、速度精度の良い位相制御誘導電動機
を得ることができる。なお、この発明の実施例では速度
検出用磁石を回転子の羽根端面に設ける場合について説
明したが、これに限定されるものではなく回転子端面の
エンドリング端面に設けてもよく、要旨を変更しない範
囲にて変更できることは勿論である。
