【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 薄金属材からなり、あり溝を有する固定
子鉄心抜板を上記あり溝が連通するように多数枚積層さ
れてなる固定子鉄心を備えた回転電機において、上記回
転電機をアースするアース線の先端に接続された短冊形
端子を備え、上記短冊形端子は、上記あり溝に挿入し塑
性変形する構成であることを特徴とする回転電機のアー
ス線接続装置。

A rotary electric machine comprising a stator core made of a thin metal material and having a plurality of stator core punched plates having dovetail grooves stacked so that the dovetail grooves communicate with each other. A ground wire connecting device for a rotating electric machine, comprising: a strip-shaped terminal connected to a tip of an earth wire, the strip-shaped terminal being inserted into the dovetail groove and plastically deformed.
【請求項2】 薄金属材からなり、穴部を有する固定子
鉄心抜板を上記穴部が連通するように多数枚積層されて
なる固定子鉄心を備えた回転電機において、上記回転電
機をアースするアース線の先端に接続されたピン状の端
子を備え、上記ピン状の端子は、上記穴部に挿入し塑性
変形する構成であることを特徴とする回転電機のアース
線接続装置。

A rotating electric machine having a stator core, which is formed by laminating a plurality of stator core blanks each having a hole and made of a thin metal material so that the holes communicate with each other. A pin-shaped terminal connected to the tip of the ground wire, the pin-shaped terminal being inserted into the hole and plastically deformed.
【請求項3】 薄金属材からなり、長穴部を有する固定
子鉄心抜板を上記長穴部が連通するよう多数枚積層され
てなる固定子鉄心を備えた回転電機において、上記回転
電機をアースするアース線の先端に上記長穴部に所定の
すきまばめが得られる対辺寸法に形成された断面略四角
形の端子を有すると共に、上記長穴部の側面に上記端子
の対角となる2つの角を喰い込ませて固定されるピン形
端子を有することを特徴とする回転電機のアース線接続
装置。

A rotary electric machine comprising a stator core, which is formed by laminating a plurality of stator core punched plates made of a thin metal material and having elongated holes so that the elongated holes communicate with each other. At the tip of the ground wire for grounding, there is a terminal having a substantially square cross-section formed in a dimension of the opposite side so that a predetermined clearance fit can be obtained in the slot, and a side surface of the slot is diagonal to the terminal. A ground wire connecting device for a rotating electric machine, comprising a pin-shaped terminal that is fixed by biting one corner.
