Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the weather resistance, the machinability and the workability by using synthetic resin mingled with aggregate for an outer surface member and a core member of a resin panel having, at upper and lower ends, male and female coupling parts. CONSTITUTION: A resin panel A is composed of An outer surface member 1, a rear surface member 2, a core member 3, and male and female coupling parts 4, 5 provided at upper and lower ends of the panel A. The outer surface member 1 is formed of synthetic resin mixed therein with resole type phenol resin powder. The core member 3 is made of foamed synthetic resin 21 mixed therein with inorganic material. Further, a sidewise oblong hole is formed in a fixing surface 20 so as to absorb longitudinal expansion and contraction. Water flowing holes are formed in an engaging groove 16 so as to drain rain water. A sealing material is used in an engaging groove 13 so as to enhance the water-tightness.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a dry method using a ceramic siding material or a metal siding material as an interior material or an exterior material has become mainstream. In particular, expensive aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, etc. are used for special environments such as remodeling and near the coast. In addition, resin panels were also used depending on the construction site.

However, the ceramic siding material is heavy and poor in workability, and waterproof,
There was a disadvantage in that the coating film lacked in durability. Furthermore, when a surface-treated steel plate is used as a metal-based siding material, especially as a surface material, there is a problem in corrosion resistance against rust, chemical resistance, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to coat with a special coating film with good corrosion resistance. There was a weakness that increased costs. Also,
The resin panel was not fireproof and the usable range was very narrow. Further, in the conventional panel, it is not possible to form two or more kinds of wall surfaces such as a flat-walled surface or a stepped wall with one kind of panel.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a resin panel made of a synthetic resin material containing resol-type phenol resin powder having male and female connection structures at the upper and lower ends, in a substantially vertical plane. -Shaped decorative surface, a side surface in which the lower end of the decorative surface is bent inward, an upper surface in which the tip of the side surface is projected upward, and a fitting surface in which the tip of the upper surface is bent downward,
A male connecting portion formed of a fitting groove having an upper surface and a fitting surface and having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section, an engaging surface made of an upper end surface of the decorative surface, and an innermost portion of the engaging surface protruding upward. The engaging surface, the engaging groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed of the engaging surface and the engaging surface, the fixing surface projecting upward from the innermost portion of the engaging surface, and the sectional outline including the engaging surface and the fixing surface. By using a resin panel formed of a U-shaped locking groove and a female type connecting portion formed of a U-shaped locking groove, good peeling prevention, deformation prevention with time, weather resistance, rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and no rust It proposes a resin panel that does not have a resin.

The resol type phenol resin powder 8 is, for example, spherical and has a size of about 0.02 to 10 mm and a bulk density of about 0.065 to 0.8 g / cm 3 , and (a) is a heat melting type, ( There are four types such as b) partial heat melting type, (c) heat non-melting type, and (d) firing type, and in the case of a true sphere, the fluidity is good. The purpose of using this resol type phenol resin powder 8 is to improve the heat resistance of the synthetic resin 7 lacking heat resistance, improve the mechanical strength of the synthetic resin 7 lacking compressive strength, improve the weather resistance, and maintain the flatness of the cosmetic appearance. This is for strengthening, improving the fluidity when molding the synthetic resin 7, and the like. The amount of addition varies depending on the purpose, but for example, it is 10
~ 200 parts by weight.

As described above, according to the resin panel of the present invention, the weather resistance can be improved. The surface material is synthetic resin, so it does not rust or rot. Since the surface material is synthetic resin, it can be made lightweight and has good workability. Good workability such as cutting. Both flat and stepped wall surfaces can be formed from one type of resin panel. A synthetic resin extruded material lacking fire resistance and a roll molding material can be used as a building panel having a performance higher than that of a semi-incombustible material. The resol-type phenol resin powder, which is an aggregate and also has fire resistance, can be easily mixed with various synthetic resins and the compressive strength can be improved. There are characteristics and effects.
