However, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
In the gutter joint described in Japanese Patent No. 248046, when only the vertical gutter is connected, the water side insertion part is slidably inserted into the water side vertical gutter, so that the axial direction caused by the temperature difference in the summer and winter of the vertical gutter. It can absorb expansion and contraction, which is convenient, but when connecting the eaves gutter and the vertical gutter through this gutter joint, elbow and called gutter, etc.
As eaves gutter expansion and contraction caused by temperature differences in summer and winter may apply force in the direction perpendicular to the vertical axis of the gutter, this expansion and contraction in the direction perpendicular to the axis cannot be absorbed by this gutter joint.
Elbows and eaves gutters may be damaged. This is shown in FIG.
-It demonstrates, referring FIG. In FIG. 3, the eaves gutter 101
Is connected to one end of an elbow 103 via a drain joint 102, the other end of the elbow 103 is connected to one end of a sluice gutter 104, and the other end of the sluice gutter 104 is connected to a downspout 105. Has been done.

The gutter described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-128127 is used when connecting an elbow and a vertical gutter, and since the main gutter body is formed so as to be slidably fitted, a gutter shaft. The expansion and contraction in the direction can be absorbed, and the bellows-shaped connecting cylinder is provided at the end of the snorkel main body. It is possible to absorb even a slight change applied in the perpendicular direction. However, due to the expansion and contraction of eaves gutters,
When bending or flattening occurs, the shape of the bellows (mountains and valleys) may be crushed, and at that time, the effect of the bellows does not appear. Therefore, this bellows system cannot cope with expansion and contraction of the eaves gutter when twisting, bending, flatness, etc. occur, and thus there is a problem that the gutter joint, elbow, eaves gutter, etc. are damaged.

Next, a method of using the gutter joint A will be described. First, the upper tubular body 2 is pulled out from the through hole 14 having an elliptical cross section in the elastic tubular body 13 inside the lower tubular body 1, and the two are separated. Next, the mounting position and direction are determined so that the longitudinal direction of the through hole 14 having the elliptical cross section of the elastic tubular body 13 inside the lower tubular body 1 is perpendicular to the eaves gutter direction. next,
The upper surface of the collar 11 of the lower tubular body 1 is brought into contact with the peripheral edge of the drainage port of the eaves gutter. Next, an adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the collar 21 of the upper cylindrical body 2,
Insert the insertion portion 22 of the upper tubular body 2 into the circular drainage port of the eaves trough and the through hole 14 in which the cross-sectional shape of the overlapped elastic tubular body 13 inside the lower tubular body 1 is elliptical. The eaves trough is sandwiched between 2 and the lower tubular body 1, and the drainage port of the eaves trough and the lower tubular body 1 are connected.

An elastic cylindrical body 13 having a circular cross section is inserted and fixed inside the lower cylindrical body 1, and a through hole 14 having an elliptical cross section is provided at substantially the center of the elastic cylindrical body 13. Since the through-hole 14 is attached such that the major axis direction of the through-hole 14 is perpendicular to the eaves gutter direction, when the eaves gutter moves in the axial direction of the eaves gutter due to expansion and contraction due to temperature differences in summer and winter, The upper tubular body 2 fixed to the eaves gutter also acts to move within the through hole 14 of the elastic body 13 having an elliptical cross section, but is absorbed by the elastic tubular body 13, and the elbow, the gutter joint, the eaves gutter, etc. No extra force is applied to the unit and damage can be prevented. Further, even when the eaves gutter is twisted, bent, or flattened due to expansion or contraction, the gutter joint of the present invention can accommodate eaves gutter expansion and contraction, and can prevent damage to the gutter joint, elbow, eaves gutter, etc. . Further, since the small through hole 16 is provided in the short diameter direction of the elliptical through hole 14 so as to sandwich the through hole 14, the elastic effect of the elastic body can be further increased, which is caused by expansion and contraction of the eaves gutter. It can also absorb the force applied in the direction perpendicular to the eaves trough axis.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and even if there are design changes and the like within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention. Included in the present invention. For example, a dust net may be provided at the upper end of the upper tubular body 2. This garbage net catches the dust in the eaves gutter, so that the gutter joint A, the elbow, and the gutter do not contain dust.

Further, in this embodiment, the elastic cylindrical body 13 has an elliptical cross section, and the elastic cylindrical body 13 is provided with the through hole 14 having an elliptical cross section. However, the sectional shape is circular. It may be an elastic cylinder and a through hole. The elliptical cross section can absorb larger expansion and contraction of the eaves gutter than the circular shape. This is because the cross-sectional shape of the elastic tubular body 13 and the through hole 14 is elliptical and the longitudinal direction of the through hole 14 of the elastic tubular body 13 is perpendicular to the eaves gutter direction, so that the inside of the lower tubular body 1 has a cross section. It has a circular shape, and a through hole 14 having an elliptical cross section is provided therein, and since the minor axis direction of the elliptical shape is substantially the same as the elongating and contracting direction of the eaves gutter, the elliptical shape is formed by the elongating and contracting of the eaves gutter. This is because the distance that the upper cylinder 2 moves inside the lower cylinder 1 becomes large.

As described above, in the gutter joint of the present invention, since the through hole is provided in the lower tubular body at the substantially central portion of the elastic body, the eaves gutter caused by expansion and contraction of the eaves gutter and the like. The elastic cylinder can absorb the force caused by the twisting, bending, and flattening of the. In addition, as shown in the embodiment, if the elastic cylindrical body and the through hole have an elliptical cross-sectional shape, the inside of the lower cylindrical body has a circular cross section, and the through hole having the elliptical cross section is provided therein. Since the elliptical shape of the minor axis is in the same direction as the eaves-and-groove expansion and contraction direction, the expansion and contraction of the eaves-and-groove increases the distance that the oval-shaped upper cylinder moves inside the lower-gauge, and Can absorb large expansion and contraction. Further, when the elastic cylinder is provided with small through holes on both sides of the elliptical through hole in the minor axis direction with the through hole interposed therebetween, the elastic effect of the elastic cylinder can be further enhanced.
