As illustrated in FIG. 6, the film cartridge 2 used in the camera of the present invention has a spool 6 provided inside a cartridge body 3 formed by joining divided cases made of a resin molded product. The tip part is also wound and stored in a roll shape.
A slit-shaped film delivery port 10 is formed on the side surface of the cartridge body 3, and a lid member 11 for opening and closing the delivery port 10 is rotatably supported inside the film delivery port 10. The lid member 11 is rotatably provided in parallel with the spool 6, and a key 12 is provided at one end of the lid member 11. The key 12 is exposed on the end surface of the cartridge body 3 to engage the lid opening member with the key 12 from the outside. The lid member 11 can be rotated between a position where the film outlet 10 is opened and a position where the film outlet 10 is closed by rotating the lid member 11 by rotating the lid member 11 with the position.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the photographic film 8 sent out from the film cartridge 2 is passed through a film feeding path 32 provided between a camera body 30 (film exposure frame) and a pressure plate 31. When the film is fed to the film winding chamber on the opposite side, the leading end of the photographic film 8 fed from the film feeding port 10 of the cartridge 2 is attached to one end of the film feeding passage 32.
There has also been proposed a structure in which the guide portion 50 is formed by the guide surfaces 51 and 52 that lead to the. The guide portion 50 is formed of an end guide surface 51 on the camera body 30 side and an end guide surface 52 on the pressure plate 31 side, and the leading end of the film 8 collides with the guide surface 51 of the camera body 30 when exiting from the cartridge 2. Guided by the guide surface 51, the film is inserted into the film feeding path 32 in the gap between the two.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the property of the film 8 when passing through the guide portion 50 is that the guide surface 51 of the guide portion 50 is between the pressure plate 31 and the camera body 30. And a connection corner 54 between the exposure frame side flat surface 53 and the photographic film 8. Inner rails 30a are formed above and below the film feed path 32 along the moving direction of the film, and the curling of the photographic film 8 causes the film 8 to wave between the pressure plate 31 and the camera body 30 as shown in the figure. Hit and run, the surface of the film 8 is the camera body 3
Due to the edge of the inner rail 30a at the connection corner 54 on the 0 side, the surface of the photographic film 8 has linear scratches A, that is, the emulsion coated on the film surface, as shown in FIG. May be

Particularly, in the case where the connection corner portion 54 is formed of the fiber reinforced resin as described above, the film is likely to be scratched by the contact of the fiber material exposed on the surface of the component. Emulsion scraps scraped by the scratches adhere to the surface of the film or enter the inside of the film cartridge 2 at the time of rewinding and adhere to various parts, which deteriorates the quality of the photographed image and adheres to the magnetic head. There is a risk that dropout will occur when writing magnetic information.

It is considered that this phenomenon occurs when the surface of the contact portion of the camera body is not smooth and rough, or when the fibrous material exposed on the plastic surface damages the film. Especially in the latter case, in a camera that feeds a lot of film, the fibers gradually come out to the surface even if the fibers do not appear on the surface at the time of molding, as the contact portion gradually wears. Can damage the film.

According to the present invention, when the front end of the photographic film is sent out from the film delivery port from the film cartridge loaded in the camera, the front end is guided to the guide surface of the guide portion and is located between the camera body and the pressure plate. When the film is fed into the film feeding path, the film comes into contact with the connection corner portion of the guide portion, and a part of the guide portion including the connection corner portion contains a fiber different from the camera body made of fiber reinforced resin. It is composed of a gate member with a smooth surface made of a non-resin material, no fibrous material is exposed, the emulsion on the film surface is not scraped by the contact, and various types of emulsion debris are attached. The harmful effects of can be avoided in advance.

Further, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the structure of the connecting portion between the gate member 45 and the camera body 20, showing the plane portion 53 of the gate member 45 and the plane portion 53 of the camera body 20, especially the inner rail 29a. A step portion and a protrusion are formed in the connecting portion so that the leading end portion of the photographic film 8 is locked so that the feeding of the photographic film 8 is not hindered. That is, in order to prevent the height of the connecting end of the camera body 20 from becoming higher than the height of the connecting end of the flat portion of the gate member 45, the slope 47 is formed at the connecting end of the camera body 20 to make it slightly higher. I try to absorb the fluctuation of the height. In addition, this slope 4
It is preferable that chamfering or the like is performed so that a corner portion that may damage the film 8 due to the formation of 7 is not formed.

To explain the operation of the above embodiment, when the film cartridge 2 is loaded in the cartridge storage chamber 24 and the bottom lid 26 is closed, the camera control unit drives the lid opening member to rotate the lid member 11. Then, the film delivery port 10 is opened. After that, the control unit rotates the motor 36 to rotate the fork 2
When the spool 6 is driven to rotate in the feeding direction, the leading end of the photographic film 8 is fed out of the cartridge body 3 through the film feeding port 10. This photographic film 8
Is slightly curled so that the front end faces the camera body 20 side, the front end is guided by the guide portion 33 on the camera body 20 side.
It abuts the guide surface 51 of the gate member 45.

When the photographic film 8 is sent from the film winding chamber 25 to the film winding chamber 25, the photographic film 8 is pressed by the film guides 38 and 39 and wound on the rotating winding shaft 37. After that, when the driving of the fork 28 is stopped, the photographic film 8 is wound up by the winding shaft 37. Then, when the first frame is set in the exposure frame 29 of the camera body 20, the rotation of the winding shaft 37 is stopped and the winding of the photographic film 8 is stopped. Subsequent operations are performed in the same manner as a general camera, and thus the description thereof will be omitted.

In the delivery of the photographic film 8 as described above, even if the surface of the photographic film 8 comes into contact with the connection corner portion 54 of the gate member 45, the surface is smooth and the reinforcing glass fiber or the like is not projected. Also, it is possible to prevent the emulsion on the film surface from being scraped off and scratched, and to prevent various adverse effects due to the quality of the photographed image and the generation of powder.

According to the present invention, the film from the film cartridge is loaded in such a manner that the leading end portion of the photographic film is wound on the spool and accommodated in the cartridge body. Do not scratch the film surface of a part of the guide member including the connection corners because the connection corners may cause damage to the photographic film due to the formation of the guide parts so that the feeding can be performed smoothly. By being composed of a gate member made of a resin material that does not contain another fiber,
It is possible to prevent damages on the film surface and adverse effects caused by shavings, and the material forming the camera body can be fiber reinforced resin that emphasizes its strength, and the camera can be made lightweight and compact as a whole. It is a thing.
