Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate a wiring operation for connecting an inner wiring made through a connection terminal board to an outer wiring on the side surface of an outdoor unit main body by using improved cord-fixing means. CONSTITUTION: Cords 33 and 34 supplied from a cord housing recessed part 35 which is formed on the side surface of an outdoor unit are connected to an upper connection terminal board 27 and held by cord-fixing means 37. Each cord-fixing means 37 comprises a cord-bearing plate 38 and a cord-pressing plate 39 which can be opened at right angles with each other by means of a thin flexible connecting piece. The cord pressing plate 39 is evaded from a cord insert path so that the cord can be easily mounted from a front surface. The thin cord-fixing means enables the cords to be effectively wired on the outdoor unit having small width with good labor effectiveness.

However, in such a conventional code fixing device, since the base plate and the pressing plate of the code fixing device are simply hinge-coupled, the code fixing device is fixed. At this time, as shown in the code fixing tool 7a on the left side of FIG. 9, the pressing plate 8b is opened toward the substrate 8a, and the code 6a is inserted from the side. here,
If the pressing plate 8b is wide open to try to insert the code 6a from the front side where it is easy to insert, the pressing plate of the adjacent code fixing tool becomes an obstacle, so the work for attaching the code from the front direction should be performed. There was a problem to proceed smoothly.

Here, the connecting piece 40 connecting the ends of the code receiving plate 38 and the code pressing plate 39 to each other is a cord.
The insertion holes 44, 44 of the pressing plate 39 are connected to the code receiving plate 38.
When the code receiving plate 38 and the code pressing plate 39 are fitted together, the length is set so that they can be inserted into the protruding code holding pieces 41, 41 with a margin. The connecting piece 40 is deformed so as to be curved in a U shape, and when the code receiving plate 38 and the code pressing plate 39 are opened, as shown in FIGS. It is designed to be bent at a right angle. When the cord fixing device 37 is in the open state without holding the cord, the cord fixing member 37 has the cord receiving plate 38 and the cord pressing plate 3
9 and 9 are connected by a connecting piece 40 such that their front surfaces are flush with each other and the code receiving plate 38 and the code pressing plate 39 do not overlap each other at a right angle.

If it is attempted to insert a code from the front by using the conventional hinge-connected code fixing members 7a and 7b, the open code pressing plate 8a is adjacent to the adjacent code. It is necessary not to hit the code receiving plate 8b of the fixing tool so as not to obstruct the adjacent code, so that the space between the adjacent code receiving plates 8a, 8a is sufficiently taken, Since the code fixing tools 7a and 7b are mounted separately from each other, only a small number of the code fixing tools 6a and 6b can be installed on the thinned side surface of the outdoor unit, and a plurality of indoor units can be installed. Although it is unsuitable for a system to be connected and operated, it is possible to wire-mount a large number of cords to an outdoor unit thinned by the improved cord fixing device 37 of the present invention. By the way, the code accommodating recess 35 is formed such that its width W is shorter than the length L dimension of the connection terminal plate 27. Therefore, the two right code 34,
When all the code fixing members 37 are arranged side by side in the lateral direction of the main body 10b of the outdoor unit in order to wire the cords in a straight state such that the cords can be easily connected to the connection terminal board 27 like 34, the end portions are In this case, the leftmost code fixing member 37A is located far away from the code accommodating recess 35. Then, in order to insert the code straight into the code fixing member 37A attached to the left end, for example, the code 3 shown in FIG.
As in 3B, the code coming out of the code accommodating recess 35 must be bent at a right angle.

Such bending work is difficult and
Generally, the power supply code 33 and the control line code 34 are separately provided in the code accommodating recess 35 in order to suppress the influence of electrical mutual interference between the codes. The power cord 33, which is thicker than the control line cord 34, is wired at the left end, which makes it more difficult to connect the power cord 33.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the leftmost code fixing member 37A, which is disengaged from the code accommodating recess 35, is attached in a slanted shape toward the code accommodating recess 35. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 4, when the power cord 33 is guided to the cord fixing device 37A, it is not necessary to bend it at a right angle but to bend it at a slight angle. Thick and easy to do, and code fixture 3
The wiring connection to the connection terminal 29b of the connection terminal plate 27 of the power cord 33 after being held by 7A can be easily performed.

Furthermore, the code receiving plate 38 and the code pressing plate 39 are not in close contact with each other over the entire surface, but are fitted in the screw insertion tube portions 46b and 46b with a small gap therebetween, When inserting the cords 33, 34 into the cord fixing device 37, the cords 33, 34 are provided with the ribs 4 for stopping the cords.
Even if you get caught in a place other than 2, 45,

As described above, according to the invention of claim 1,
The code holding plate is inserted through a pair of code holding pieces projecting from the code receiving plate side, and the code inserted between the code holding pieces is inserted into the code receiving plate. Hold by and
Using a cord fixing device having a structure in which the cord receiving plate and the cord pressing plate are flexible connecting pieces, their front surfaces are on the same plane, and are connected so as to open in a perpendicular positional relationship,
Since the code is fixed to the side of the outdoor unit by wiring, it is necessary to open the code holding plate when fixing the code.
Escape completely from the backing plate, and code without difficulty from the front
It can be inserted between the cord holding pieces to facilitate the work of fixing the cord.

In addition, the code fixing device is such that the code receiving plate and the code pressing plate are opened in a perpendicular positional relationship in which the front surfaces thereof are flush with each other and do not overlap each other. Even if the fixtures are arranged close to each other in the lateral direction, the code holding plate is opened so as not to interfere with the code insertion path of the adjacent code fixing device, so the code holding plate It is convenient because the code can be fixed freely without being restricted by the mounting order of the.

According to the second aspect of the invention, the code drawn out from the code accommodating recess having a width shorter than the length of the connecting terminal plate is held and fixed by the code fixing tool. At the time of each
Among the plurality of code fixing tools arranged corresponding to the cords, the cord fixing tool at the far end, which is out of the code accommodating recess, is attached obliquely toward the code accommodating recess. ,
If the cord is led out obliquely from the end of the recess for accommodating the cord, the cord can be connected to the connection terminal plate without any difficulty by being held by the cord fixing tool at the end.
