Abstract

(41)の側端部の端面に解除手段の伝達金具(4)が
取り付けられる。伝達金具(4)は扉(2)と家具等の
本体の隙間Sを経由し扉(2)外から解除動を伝える操
作端(4a)を有する。該操作端(4a)に連続して扉
(2)内において操作端(4a)の後端部の一側辺から
下方に基端(4b)の側板Pが屈曲する。該基端(4
b)はその側板Pの前端部の下辺において外側方に突出
する係止部Qを含むものである。該係止部Qの突出先端
は下方に屈曲して突出する係止端Rにされる。次に基端
(4b)において伝達金具(4)は開放防止装置の本体
(41)に取り付けられるのであるがその取付方法は次
の通り。すなわち伝達金具(4)は薄い(例えば0.3
mm程度の)板ばね材で作られるためその基端(4b)
の後端部をねじ(90)で本体(41)の側端部の端面
に固定することにより基端(4b)のばね特性で伝達金
具(4)は本体(41)の側端部の端面に密着した状態

平方向に(図13の)右方に押すと伝達金具(4)の側
板Pはねじ(90)の固定部分から湾曲する。側板Pの
孔(48)は突体(49)から外れないため伝達金具
(4)の上下方向の支持は維持される。側板Pの湾曲に
伴って係止部Qと係止端Rは本体側金具(14)から離
れる方向に移動する。この結果係止端Rは磁石(9)の
磁性体板(9b)の突出片に当接してこれを引っ張る。
すなわち磁石(9)は本体側金具(14)との吸着を外
されることになり開放防止装置の解除が達成されるので

用いればよい。更に伝達金具(4)は隙間Sから延出す
るためその肉厚は薄く例えば0.3mm程度にされ鋼、
ステンレススティール等の板材が望ましく線材も可能で
ある。図2は本発明の開き戸の開放防止装置に用いる解
除手段の他の伝達金具を示し、該伝達金具(4)は扉
(2)と家具等の本体の隙間Sから本体正面(1)に沿
って扉(2)外へ延出した操作端(4a)及び該操作端
(4a)と連続し扉(2)内において前記本体に支持さ
れる基端(4b)が設けられる点は全く同じである(但
し伝達金具(4)の形状、動き方等は相互に相違す
る)。図3は本発明の開き戸の開放防止装置に用いる解
除手段の他の伝達金具を示し、該伝達金具(4)は図2
と類似するが操作端(4a)が折れ曲らずまっすぐであ
る点に特徴がある。

明の開き戸の開放防止装置に用いる解除手段の他の伝達
金具であり図4と同様の扉(2)への適用例であり各々
形状が相違するものである。要するに伝達金具(4)の
形状は伝える動きでなにを動かすか等の金具の用途、周
辺環境等で決まるのであるから形状自体は本願発明の要
部ではない。以上の種々の伝達金具(4)についてばね
特性を有する場合、有しない場合でばね自体が不要な場
合、ばね特性を有しない場合でばね自体が必要な際にコ
イルばね等を付加した場合等の種々の適用例が考えられ
る。
