Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a temperature detector capable of preventing a thermosensitive cylinder from turning for a supporting cylinder without imparing the slide of the thermosensitive cylinder of the temperature detector for a cooking heater in the vertical direction along the supporting cylinder by a material flowing out of a container to be heated. CONSTITUTION: Such composition is employed that the thermosensitive cylinder 1 is prevented from turning for the supporting cylinder 4 via a coil spring 5 by engaging the upper terminal of the coil spring 5 which presses the thermosensitive cylinder 1 upward on the supporting cylinder 4 to the thermosensitive cylinder 1, and the lower terminal of the coil spring 5 to the supporting cylinder 4.

4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line B--B of FIG. In FIGS. 4 and 5, reference numeral 8 is a positioning plate of the coil spring 5 which is fixed to the lower surface of the lid plate 2 along the radial direction of the lid plate 2 and accommodates a heat-sensitive element in the central portion thereof. A tubular portion 8-1 through which the lead wire 3-1 of the element passes is formed.
5-3 is a U-shaped portion of the upper end of the coil spring 5, which is a U-shaped portion 5-3
However, the coil spring 5 is engaged with the side end portion of the upper end of the positioning plate 8 so that the upper end of the coil spring 5 is locked in the rotational direction with respect to the heat-sensitive cylinder 1. The other reference numerals in FIGS. 4 and 5 indicate the same parts as those in each of FIGS. 1 to 3, and the configuration in which the lower end of the coil spring 5 is locked to the support cylinder 4 is shown in FIG. The configuration is exactly the same as that of the first embodiment shown in FIG. In both the first and second embodiments, the diameter of the lower small-diameter portion of the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 is the same as the diameter of the upper large-diameter portion 4-1 of the support cylinder 4 and the lower small-diameter portion 4.
-2, which is substantially in the middle of the diameter of -2, the inner peripheral surface of the lower small diameter portion 1-2 of the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 and the lower small diameter portion 4-2 of the support cylinder 4.
Since it is sufficiently distant from the outer periphery of the heat sensitive cylinder 1, the sliding of the heat sensitive cylinder 1 is not hindered by the adhesion of the overflowed container.

[Operations and Effects] Like the conventional temperature detecting device having the rotation stopper between the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 and the support cylinder 4, the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 and the support are supported at the portion where the overflowed substance adheres to the heated container. Tube 4
Since there is no contacting part with the heat-sensitive cylinder 1, the vertical movement of the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 on the support cylinder 4 is not hindered by the adhesion of the overflowed container, and the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 and the support cylinder 4 have a structure. It is advantageous in terms of cost because it is not necessary to perform complicated or precision machining, and the rotation prevention is performed via the coil spring 5, and the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 is not affected by the coil spring while handling the heated container. Even if the elastic member 5 is elastically deformed and once rotated around the support cylinder 4, it is restored by the elastic force of the coil spring 5, so that the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 continues to rotate in the same direction and the lead of the heat-sensitive element is read. There is no risk of the wire 3-1 being twisted and cut, or the lead wire 3-1 falling off from the heat sensitive element.

The means for engaging the upper end of the coil spring 5 with the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 and the engaging the lower end of the coil spring 5 with the support cylinder 4 is not limited to the configurations shown in the first and second embodiments. However, various configurations other than this are conceivable. Since the purpose of the present invention is to prevent rotation of the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 with respect to the support cylinder 4 via the coil spring 5, the upper end of the coil spring 5 and the heat-sensitive cylinder 1 are locked with each other. The locking structure between the lower end and the support cylinder 4 is not limited to the structures of the first and second embodiments.

1. A temperature detecting device for a heating device for cooking, which is in contact with a lower surface of a bottom part of a container to be heated and detects the temperature of the part, wherein the casing of the heating device is vertically arranged at a central portion of the heating device. A support cylinder (4) fixed to the body (6), the upper part of which has a large diameter and the lower part of which has a small diameter in a stepped manner; 4-1) Upper large diameter part (1-1) which is slidably guided in the outer peripheral surface of 4-1).
And the support cylinder (4) having a diameter smaller than that of the large diameter portion (1-1).
Lower small diameter portion (4-2) of the lower small diameter portion (1-
2) and a heat-sensitive cylinder (1) having a cylindrical shape with a lid and a stepped portion for preventing the heat-sensitive cylinder (1) from falling off from the support cylinder (4); A heat-sensitive element (3) closely fixed to the lower surface of the plate (2); disposed between the lower surface of the lid plate (2) of the heat-sensitive cylinder (1) and the upper surface of the stepped portion of the support cylinder (4). A coil spring (5) for urging the heat-sensitive cylinder (1) upward so that the upper surface of the lid plate (2) of the heat-sensitive cylinder (1) is brought into contact with the bottom lower surface of the heated container.
And a temperature detecting device comprising;
The diameter of the lower small diameter portion (1-2) of the support cylinder (4) is approximately halfway between the diameter of the upper large diameter portion (4-1) and the diameter of the lower small diameter portion (4-2) of the support cylinder (4). Then, the lower small diameter portion (1
-2) inner peripheral surface and the lower small diameter portion (4-2) of the support cylinder (4).
Means for engaging the upper end of the coil spring (5) with the heat-sensitive cylinder (1) and the lower end of the coil spring (5) for supporting the outer peripheral surface of the coil spring (5). A means for engaging with the stepped portion of the cylinder (4) is provided, and what overflows from the container to be heated is the lower small diameter part (4-) of the support cylinder (4).
Even if the heat-sensitive cylinder (1) adheres to the support tube (4), the vertical movement of the heat-sensitive cylinder (1) is not hindered.
A temperature detecting device for a heating device for cooking, which is restored by the elastic force of a coil spring (5) even when it is rotated around.
