うことも、防止できる。よって、本発明は、マーガリン
等の粘性のある食品を切断加工するに際し、粘性食品が
切断加工されるまで、変形が生じることのない粘性食品
の切断加工装置を提供し得たものである。又、コンベア
装置による移送経路の適宜区間を低温の雰囲気に維持す
る移送経路の冷却手段とを備えることにより、粘性食品
の全表面を冷却することができ、これにより、移送面と
の接着防止を可能とすると共に、切断加工時に変形が生
じることも、より確実に防止できる。よって、本発明
は、マーガリン等の粘性のある食品を切断加工するに際
し、粘性食品が移送及び切断加工時に、変形しない粘性
食品の切断加工装置を提供し得たものである。
