[Background Art] In general, an inorganic roof tile is formed by forming a pattern on an original plate in the form of a green sheet formed by paper-forming a slurry containing fibers, drying it, and then cutting it. In the original plate formed by this papermaking, the fiber direction is oriented in the longitudinal direction of the original plate (papermaking direction), but the fiber direction of the roof tile formed by cutting should be parallel to the front edge of the roof tile. It is formed. However, with such a roof tile, when the roof tile is roofed, the fiber direction of the roof tile tends to cross in the direction orthogonal to the eaves direction of the roof (it is less prone to crack when the fiber direction of the roof tile faces the eaves direction). There was a problem.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and the object of the present invention is to obtain a roof tile that is hard to crack and has a good front edge appearance. It is to provide a method for manufacturing roof tiles capable of manufacturing various types of roof tiles.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The method for producing a roof tile according to the present invention comprises:
The roof tile 2 is pressed into pieces each having a size of 4 sheets to give a pattern and cut, the direction of the cut piece plate 3 is reversed by 90 °, and then the edge perpendicular to the fiber direction is cut. Trimming is performed by punching to form edge irregularities 4, and the piece plate 3 is cut in a cross shape to form four roof tiles 2 having the edge irregularities 4 as front edges. Thus, the above-mentioned configuration solves the drawbacks of the conventional example. That is, the roof tile 2 having the front edge at the edge orthogonal to the fiber direction can be manufactured by the above-described manufacturing, and the fiber direction of the roof tile 2 is directed toward the eaves when the roof is roofed. It is resistant to stepping cracks, and by having the edge irregularities 4 on the edge, the appearance can be changed and the appearance can be improved. Furthermore, the pattern to be put in the original plate 1 for each piece can be changed, and each piece plate can be changed. It has become possible to obtain various types of roof tiles 2 by changing the shape of the edge irregularities 4 formed by punching in 3.

以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples.

The original plate 1 shown in FIG. 1 (a) is in the state of a green sheet formed by paper-forming a slurry containing fibers, and has an elongated rectangular shape. This original plate 1
The fiber direction (arrow A direction) is directed to the papermaking direction, and is directed to the longitudinal direction of the original plate 1. The roof tile 2 is pressed on the original plate 1 into pieces each having an area corresponding to four roof tiles 2 to give a pattern and are cut. In the case of this embodiment, the three original plates 1 are pressed to form three piece plates 3, respectively. At this time, different molds may be used for pressing the portions a, b, and c, and the patterns of the portions a, b, and c may be changed. When the piece plate 3 is cut by a press, a notch 5 is also provided at the end edge on the center line of the piece plate 3. The piece plate 3 is dried if necessary, and then the piece plate 3 is rotated 90 ° as shown in FIG. 1 (b).
The fibers are turned over so that the fiber direction is orthogonal to the original 1. The edge of the piece plate 3 orthogonal to the fiber direction has a first
As shown in FIG. 3C, trimming by punching is performed to form the edge irregularities 4, and the through hole 6 is punched in the center of the piece plate 3. Here, the hatched portion is the punched-out scrap portion. At this time, punching can be performed for each piece plate 3 having a small size, so that the punching die may be small. Further, if the edge irregularities 4 are formed by punching, the frost damage resistance performance is improved. That is, if the green sheet is pressed for patterning and cut at the same time, the water exuded by the press runs between the layers, and the layers are easily peeled off. Each piece plate 3 cut from the original plate 1 may be flown in a separate line and punched into different shapes. After the blanking, the piece plate 3 is coated with a flow coater, a spray, or the like, dried, and cut into a cross shape to form four roof tiles 2. Roof tile 2 obtained as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b)
The front edge has an edge irregularity 4 of various shapes, and the fiber direction is orthogonal to the front edge. The roof tiles 2 are roofed in order from the eaves side to the ridge side on the roof, and the roof tiles 2 are lined up and roofed as shown by the imaginary lines in FIGS.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is manufactured as described above, it is possible to manufacture a roof tile having the front edge as an edge that is orthogonal to the fiber direction, and when the fiber direction of the roof tile is the roof, it faces the eaves direction. It is possible to obtain roof tiles that are strong against trampling, and roof tiles that have irregularities on the front edge can be obtained, so that roof tiles that change in appearance can be obtained. Since the piece plate for four roof tiles is formed, the piece plate is turned 90 ° and trimmed from both sides to form edge irregularities, it can be easily cut even if the shape of the edge irregularities is complicated It is possible to obtain a variety of roof tiles by changing the pattern put into the original plate for each piece and changing the edge irregularities formed by punching on each piece plate. Is something that can be done.
