According to the present invention having the above-described structure, the listener is provided with three positions, from the acoustic vibration parts such as speakers and headphones to the left and right ears, the forehead, the skin on the back of the head, and the central part of the body such as bones. The sound information such as music and audible frequency is transmitted directly through or from the surrounding three-dimensional space. At that time,
At the same time, a frequency difference of several Hz of 2, 4, 6, 8 etc. 3
A sine wave audio frequency signal of the species is heard. as a result,
The brain synchronizes with the frequencies of the three kinds of sine wave audible frequency signals, and the activity state changes. For example, 150Hz on the left ear,
When a sine wave signal of 154 Hz is heard in the center of the body and 158 Hz is heard in the right ear at an appropriate volume, the subject is guided to an electroencephalogram state of 4 Hz to 8 Hz.

Speaking of 8 Hz, it corresponds to the alpha wave of the brain waves when a person relaxes. In this way, it is possible to select an appropriate frequency difference and arbitrarily induce brain waves such as α, θ, and β waves, and this can be easily performed by operating the frequency adjusting means such as a volume. It has also been found that when a person is in the α-wave and θ-wave states, the implied barrier tends to be easily removed. Therefore, when psychological actions such as memorizing or understanding things become obscure, the obstacles such as likes and dislikes and preconceived ideas become obscure, and it is possible to deepen memory and understanding by learning for a short time. It will be.

According to the present invention, sound is propagated to the human body through the three parts of the left ear, the center of the body, and the right ear, so that these sounds resonate with each other so that the center of the sound is located at the center of the head. The sound field will be different, and it will be easier to guide the entire brain to the altered conscious state.
Further, according to the present invention, it is of course possible to operate the input selecting means to hear only the sound information such as music and the three kinds of sine wave audible frequency signals, and the sine wave alone has a sufficient relaxing effect. Although it is played, if you feel that this is a monotonous dislike, you can listen to it at the same time as the music as described above. In this way, it is possible to achieve multi-purpose use with a single audio device that is a partially improved version of the portable stereo audio device.

The frequency of the left and right sine wave audible frequency signals is 158 Hz, 1
When the subject was set to 62 Hz, when the subject listened to music consisting of monaural in the center and stereo in the left and right and three kinds of sine wave audible frequency signals at the same time with the eyes closed, a sound was heard from the center of the head, giving a realistic feeling. It's expensive, and within about 5 minutes, I started to shift to a muddy state. When the electroencephalogram at that time was examined by an electroencephalograph, it was found that the θ wave appeared predominantly. The music heard was Bach's Goldberg Concerto.

As is clear from the above experimental examples,
By directly listening to and hearing the audible frequency signals corresponding to α, θ, and β waves, the brain of the subject vibrates with the transmitted sound and is induced into a degenerative consciousness state, so that relaxation and memory consolidation can be achieved. It is expected.

According to the present invention, when three or more acoustic vibrators (speakers) are provided in the acoustic vibrating section 5, the listener is centered around the two-dimensionally equidistant and equidistant regions. Alternatively, the speakers may be arranged three-dimensionally. For example, FIGS. 4 and 5 show an example in which nine speakers are provided. In addition, with the listener M sitting on the floor as a reference, a regular hexagon is defined on the floor centering on the listener M. , The columns 15A to 15F of a predetermined length are set up at the respective apexes thereof, and the first column 15A is located directly in front of the listener M, and the third and fifth columns are counted counterclockwise in the figure. Prop 15C,
In 15E, speakers 5A, 5B, 5D, 5E, 5G, 5H are provided at a height of 120 cm from the floor and at a position almost in contact with the floor.
While each of them is attached and fixed toward the forehead of the listener M, the second, fourth, and sixth stanchions 15 are attached.
Speakers 5I, 5C, and 5F are attached to the positions B, 15D, and 15F at a height of 60 cm from the floor, and fixed to the listener's M forehead. Therefore, the speaker 5

When the difference between the fundamental frequencies of the sine wave audible frequency signals input to each of the speakers 5A to 5I is 3 Hz, the speakers 5A, 5E, 153 Hz for 5H, 159 Hz for speakers 5B, 5D, 5G, speaker 5
A sinusoidal audio frequency signal of 156 Hz is set in C, 5F and 5I. By doing so, a sound can be heard from the center of the head, the sense of presence is greatly enhanced, and a relaxing effect is achieved.

As described above, according to the present invention, an audio device such as a stereo audio device is provided with a function capable of outputting three kinds of sine wave audible frequency signals having a frequency difference of several Hz as element sound signals. It is equipped with a direct feeling from both ears and the forehead, or three-dimensionally by the three-dimensionally diffused sound propagation from the surroundings, so that there is a sense of presence as compared with the case where the sound such as music is simply heard. It has the advantage of greatly increasing the feeling of relaxation, and also has the effect of continuously increasing memory, and thus the effect of two birds with one stone that achieves relaxation and ability development in addition to viewing and entertainment with one relaxing audio device. Is demonstrated. Also,
As a result of stimulating the human body's hormone centers such as the hypothalamus by the direct vibration of the whole brain, it is fully expected to improve health.
