ジブチルスズ、ジブチルスズメトキシド、ジブチルビス
(トリエトキシシロキシ)スズ、ジオクチルスズジラウ

ない量では硬化用触媒として不十分であって、硬化に長
時間を要し、また空気との接触面から遠い内部での硬化

定性が低下してしまう。より好ましい配合量の範囲とし

される場合、予め加熱操作で、これら水分を除去した
り、配合物中に特開平5−186692号の如く湿式法で製造
された酸化カルシウムを適宜配合することも好ましい方
法である。これらハイドロタルサイト類化合物の添加量
は、比表面積および配合設計の違いや用いる架橋剤の種
類などによって異なるが、目安として液状シリコーン組
成物100 重量部に対し 0.1〜20重量部が好ましい。 0.1
重量部より少ないと脱臭能力が低下し、20重量部を超え
るとシリコーンゴム組成物への影響が無視できず好まし
くない。

様に調製したシリコーンゴム組成物をカートリッジ状密
封容器に保存した。 実施例2 「キョーワード500 」の代わりに、比表面積が12.5m2/g
と少ない「DHT-4A」(代表組成式Mg4.5Al2(OH)13CO3
3.5H2O(商品名:協和化学工業(株)製))を20部用い
た他は実施例1と同様に調製したシリコーンゴム組成物
