DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
Dry air is sent from the dry air circulation passage 111 to the dehydration tank 105 for drying. The dry air that has passed through the dehydration tank 105 returns to the dry air circulation passage 111, and is repeatedly circulated by being sent from the dry air circulation passage 111 into the dehydration tank 105 again.

During this drying operation, the drying air sent into the dehydration tank 105 escapes to the water tank 103 side through the dehydration holes 113 provided in the dehydration tank 105.
For this reason, a so-called short circuit occurs in which the dry air flows between the dehydration tank 105 and the water tank 103, and there is a problem that the dry air cannot be effectively used and the drying efficiency is reduced.
