になっているため、靭帯3は尖端部1が残っているよう
な構造に比べ切れない。尖端部1と体部2にはガイドワ
イヤ8が通る共通の穴9があってもよい。体部2の後端
10は、鈍な構造になっていても良い。このとき、この
部が、骨孔7より外に出ても、神経を刺激しにくく、痛
みを出しにくい。尖端部1及び、体部2おのおの複数に
分解できる構造でもよい。このとき、後端10が吸収性
の材質でもよい。尖端部1及び、体部2は、挿入時、一
体となって回るようかみ合う部分を持っているが、その
形状は問わないし、ねじ込み式でもよい。先端4の構造
は、球状で無く他の構造でもよいし、平面でもよい。共
通の穴9は無くても良い。後端10の構造は、球状でな
くても良い。
