【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】中空円筒状金属管体からなる弁本体と、該
弁本体の内周面の一部を被覆するエラストマー材料から
なるライニング層と、弁本体内に回動自在に軸支される
円板状の弁体とからなり、弁本体の同一直径方向対向位
置に軸孔を形成し、該軸孔に弁棒ガイドを連結しつつ弁
本体外方に延びださせて弁本体に固着し、該弁棒ガイド
に弁棒を軸装し、一方の弁棒を弁棒ガイドから外方へ延
出して駆動手段に連結自在にすると共に、前記ライニン
グ層の内周面に弁体の外周面が接離する弁座を形成した
ことを特徴とするバタフライ弁。
1. A valve body made of a hollow cylindrical metal tube, a lining layer made of an elastomer material covering a part of the inner peripheral surface of the valve body, and rotatably supported in the valve body. It is composed of a disc-shaped valve body, and has a shaft hole formed in the valve body at opposite positions in the same diametrical direction.The shaft hole is connected to the valve rod guide and extended outwardly of the valve body to be fixed to the valve body. A valve stem is axially mounted on the valve stem guide, and one valve stem extends outward from the valve stem guide to be connectable to a drive means, and an inner peripheral surface of the lining layer forms an outer peripheral surface of the valve body. A butterfly valve characterized in that it has a valve seat that contacts and separates.

を挿入し弁本体外方に延び出させつつ弁本体に固着し、
該弁棒ガイドに弁本体外部からパイプ状の管状グランド
部材を挿着固定し、前記弁体を軸支する弁棒を弁棒ガイ
ド及び管状グランド部材に軸装し、一方の弁棒を管状グ
ランド部材から外方へ延出して駆動手段に連結自在とし
たことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバタフライ弁。
