【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は例えば屎尿や下水汚泥、無機質の脱水ケーキ

回転伝導要素が取付けられており、モータと連結してい
て、これらを回転することにより適宜な速度で回転する
ようになっている。そして胴内には破砕攪拌翼34が具え
られており、更に材料投入側には回転胴31内に被乾燥材
料を定量的に供給するための定量供給機35と乾燥用熱風
を送入するための熱風吹込ダクト36が取付けられ、取出
側には乾燥した製品粉粒体を取出すため取出口37と排ガ
スを排出させるための排気ダクト38が取付けられてい
て、定量供給機35から回転胴31に投入される被乾燥材料
を回転胴31の回転と破砕攪拌翼34の回転とによって攪拌
し破砕しながら、胴内に送り込まれた熱風と接触させて
乾燥し、遂にはこれを乾燥粉粒体として機外へ取出すも
のである。

の不具合が生じたのである。又、従来は製品乾燥粉粒体
を取出口37より取り出すようになっていたので、この部
分にスクリュウコンベヤ43やフライトコンベヤ44を付設
しなければならなかった。

排出させて捕集するようにして側板を小形化してシール
部分を短くし、これによって乾燥機のシール性を高め、
更に製品乾燥粉粒体は排ガスを利用して所謂粉体輸送を
して捕集し、これによって付帯設備の省略化を図り、保
守性を高めたものである。

捕集してバンカ9に落し込み、排ガスは系外へ放出する

を排ガスの気流を利用して排出させるようにしたもので
あって、これにより材料投入側では定量供給機と熱風吹
込ダクトを側板の中央部分に取付けることが可能となっ
て、側板が小さくなり側板と回転胴との間のシール線が
短くなり、且つ取出側でも同様に側板が小さくなり側板
と回転胴との間のシール線が短くなって乾燥機のシール
性が高められるのであり、例えば同形式の従来の乾燥機
に比べて洩れ込み空気量が30〜50%減じる効果があっ
た。また付帯設備が小形化して、設備費が低下し、保守
性が高められるのである。
