る弁座シートとを一体化して湯水混合栓の本体ケース内
に取り替え自在に装入されるサーモバルブカートリッジ
であって、ハウジングの一端側には、前記弁座カラーを
螺合させるための螺子溝が刻設形成される一方、その他
端側には、前記弁座シートを螺合させるための螺子溝が
刻設形成されるとともに、その中間部の内周面には前記
バルブ本体の摺接面と摺接するOリングが嵌装され、そ
のOリングの両側に、前記給湯通路と対応する開口およ
び前記給水通路と対応する開口が開設され、かつ前記弁
座シートに開設した開孔に、前記バルブ本体の軸部を水
密状態に遊嵌させ、前記サーモスタットに取り付けられ
ているピストンを他端側に突出させる一方、前記弁座カ
ラーとバルブ本体との間にそのバルブ本体を他端側に付
勢するためのスプリングを介装させるとともに、その弁
座カラーの他端側開口周縁には、バルブ本体内に間隔を
隔てて臨み、かつ前記給湯通路に対向するリング状のガ
イド部を一体的に突設させてなることを特徴とするサー
モバルブカートリッジ。
