2. Description of the Related Art Segments with conventional bolt joints are
A connecting structure in which adjacent segments are butted and joined by bolts is common. However, such a segment having a bolt joint has (a) a bolt box, and thus requires a filling process and a secondary lining of the bolt box. (B) Since the fittings are exposed on the inner surface of the segment, anticorrosion treatment is necessary. (C) A bolt joint requires a lot of time to fasten the bolt, and a skilled worker is required to assemble the segment. For this reason, it was disadvantageous for automation of segment assembly and rapid construction. (D) Further, the ratio of the material of the fitting and the manufacturing cost is large, which is a cause of hindering cost reduction.

However, in such a hook joint having an anchor portion in the cross section of the tunnel, there is a limit to the number of metal fittings of the hook joint per width of the segment, and the hook metal fittings have a limit. The size is also limited to the segment thickness. For this reason, when a joint with high strength is required, the wall thickness of the joint fitting should be increased, but it is difficult to process thick steel plates, and the segment body of the anchor part It becomes difficult to connect to, and the structure of the same part becomes complicated, and as a result, structural defects are likely to occur.

Second, the A 2 and A 3 segments adjacent to the invert segment A 1 are attached. In this case, the segment joint surface with the male fitting is brought close to the segment joint surface with the female fitting of the invert segment, and when both fittings start to be fitted, the segment is slid in the tunnel axial direction and pushed in. This operation and the tenon fitting of the segment ring joint surface inevitably enable positioning. At this time, if a tenon is provided on the segment joint surface, the positioning becomes more reliable. Once positioned, the through bolt 6 secures the segment to the existing ring.
