2. Description of the Related Art As a surface material for an automobile interior of this kind, as is seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-103400, polyurethane foam having excellent volume and cushioning property is used as a wadding material and knitted on the surface. Laminated skin materials obtained by laminating a backing skin material with a backing on a ground or a woven fabric have been often used, but in this kind of laminated skin material, there is a problem that the moisture absorption performance is inferior.
Since the strength is insufficient, a high-quality fabric skin material is inevitably used as a fabric skin material, which causes a problem of high cost. In addition, polyurethane foam has problems in terms of waste pollution and recycling.

In order to solve such a problem, recently, a surface material for automobile interiors has been proposed in which a wool-based fiber web is used as a wadding material and a skin material is adhered integrally with the wadding material. It is the current situation that such a fiber web can be used only in high-end vehicles because of its high cost.In addition, the one in which the skin material is directly bonded and integrated with the fiber web is used for automobiles because of the fuzz on the surface of the fiber web. If the required adhesive strength cannot be obtained, or if a large amount of adhesive is used, the fibrous web collapses during peeling of the skin material and cannot be reused, or the cushioning property is impaired.

When such a surface material for an automobile interior is used in the same manner as a lining material for an automobile door trim or a ceiling trim, a seat cover material and other conventional surface interior materials for an automobile of this kind, it has a conventional appearance. Although it is the same as the surface material for automobile interiors, the fiber-based wadding material used as a burying material instead of polyurethane foam is entangled and integrated with the filaments of the web layer by needle stick processing. In comparison with the one using polyurethane foam as the base layer, it has a volume feeling comparable to that of the one using polyurethane foam as the base layer, and does not cause a sag when using a thick wadding material. It will exhibit excellent cushioning properties. Moreover, since the wadding material is composed of a web layer made of hygroscopic synthetic fiber filaments and a breathable nonwoven fabric sheet, it exhibits excellent hygroscopicity. Further, the adhesion of the skin material to the wadding material is not surface adhesion to a non-woven fabric structure with a lot of fluff, but a myriad of small filaments in which some filaments of the web layer are projected from the front side of the breathable nonwoven sheet by the needle sticking process. Since they are point-bonds that are bonded and integrated at the point-shaped bonding portion at the tip of the ridge, the two are bonded and integrated with sufficient bonding strength, and the expansion and contraction characteristics and texture of the skin material are not impaired by the bonding.

On the other hand, the skin material which is adhesively integrated with the surface of the multi-layer wadding material 1 is a fabric skin material such as a knitted fabric, a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, etc. Any material having abrasion resistance and breathability may be used, but since the surface layer of the multi-layer wadding material 1 is the breathable nonwoven fabric sheet 1b, it is not necessary to use an expensive laminated skin material at all, and therefore, for strength reasons. In the past, the mass that is rarely used alone is 23.
Even if the fiber-based backingless skin material 2 having a low basis weight of about 0 to 360 g / m 2 is used, the required strength can be obtained in the longitudinal, lateral and bias directions, which is economical.

Further, the adhesive for adhering the backingless skin material 2 with the top of the small ridge 4 projecting from the surface of the multi-layer wadding material 1 as the dot-shaped adhesive portion 5 has sufficient adhesive strength. There are no particular restrictions on the type of adhesive such as water-soluble or hot-melt type, as long as it can be adhered to, but considering the problems in the working environment, an emulsion of acrylic-vinyl acetate copolymer. It is preferable to use a water-soluble adhesive such as Then, since the multi-layer wadding material 1 and the backingless skin material 2 are bonded and integrated at the innumerable spot-shaped bonding portions 5 by using this adhesive, the amount used is smaller than that of the entire bonding, and the emulsion is used for the entire bonding. 40 compared to 150-300 g / m 2 for type

Like the conventional surface material for automobile interiors of this kind, the thus constructed one is cut into an arbitrary size by a known means and then sewn to form a seat cover which is used as a pad material. When coated, the external appearance is the same as that of conventional surface materials for automobile interiors of this kind, but the fiber-based multi-layer wadding material 1 used as a decubitus material instead of polyurethane foam is needle stick processed. As a result, the filament bundle 3 is entangled and integrated between the front and back surfaces of the web layer 1a and the breathable nonwoven fabric sheet 1b attached to the surface of the web layer 1a. It also has a volume feeling comparable to that of the above, and even if it is thick, it exhibits excellent cushioning properties without causing fatigue. It becomes a. Further, since the multi-layer wadding material 1 and the backingless skin material 2 both have hygroscopicity, they exhibit excellent hygroscopicity that has never been obtained.

Moreover, since the backing-less skin material 2 is adhered to the wadding material 1 not by surface adhesion to a non-woven fabric structure having a lot of fluff, but by the point adhesion in the innumerable point-like adhesive portions 5, the two have sufficient adhesive strength. In addition to being bonded and integrated with each other, the expansion and contraction characteristics and texture of the backingless skin material 2 can be freely expanded and contracted in any of longitudinal, lateral and bias directions, and the breathable nonwoven fabric sheet 1b can be formed. Since the effect of preventing the filament bundle 3 from coming off is exerted, even when the small ridge 4 is pulled up when the backingless skin material 2 is peeled off, the filament bundle 3 comes off together with the backingless skin material 2 and the web layer 1
It becomes possible to recycle without a collapse.
