Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain the warmth retaining and heat insulating properties, and make the texture pleasant with air refreshed by knitting a pre-dyed thread to form a coil-shaped loop, and standing it on the pile fabric, which internally covers the backing sewn to a shape of foot. CONSTITUTION: A shape of foot is cut out and formed by intermediately putting base cloth 4 and heat insulating flexible synthetic resin foam 3 between the backing 1 and right side 6. A thread dyed prior to being knitted is knitted to form a coil-shaped loop 9 and stood on the pile fabric 8, which internally covers the backing 1. Because there exists the heat insulating flexible synthetic resin foam, the almost equal thickness is kept even after the formation. Thus, it gives high warmth retaining and heat insulating properties, and makes the texture very pleasant.

A method of making a cold weather injection molded boot is disclosed. As the manufacturing method, there is shown a manufacturing method of a cold-proof injection-molded boot in which workability is not hindered and a heat-retaining backing material having a bore is used as the backing material. In addition, there is a backing material having a pile-like cloth excellent in heat retention.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art method for manufacturing the cold weather injection-molded boot, the injected thermoplastic synthetic resin composition is directly adhered to the foam sheet, and therefore the thermoplastic synthetic resin is used. Penetrates into the flexible synthetic resin foam sheet having heat insulation properties and is molded in this penetrated state, so the foam is compressed in the mold. Therefore, there is a problem in that even if it is removed from the mold, it remains compressed, the thickness is reduced, the air layer portion is reduced, and the heat retention property is halved. In addition, the conventional pile-like fabric is laid down when the pile-like fabric is woven from the beginning, and since the dyeing process is performed after the fabric is formed, shrinkage due to heat occurs. There is a drawback that the heat retention and heat insulation properties are halved. That is, there was a technical background in which these drawbacks had to be eliminated. The present invention has been made in view of this situation. Even though it is said to be a conventional cold-injection injection boot with heat retention, in fact, it is said that the heat retention was somewhat improved because the backing material of the knitted fabric having the bore is used as the heat-resistant cold boot. It can be said, but there is still more. Also, the pile-like fabric is said to have improved heat retention, but the loop was in a state of sleeping from the beginning, and as a result, the heat retention was halved. In consideration of these, an object of the present invention is to provide an inner lining pile material for a backing material of a cold weather boot, which solves all of the conventional drawbacks and also halves the heat retention property. .

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention applies a back cloth material sewn in a foot shape to the last of a mold and interposes a plastic synthetic resin foam having heat insulation properties. In the lining pile fabric of the backing material of the boot integrally formed with rubber or synthetic resin, the technical means of knitting the dyed yarn so as to stand a coiled loop on the lining pile fabric was adopted.

As a result of adopting the above-mentioned technical means, the present invention provides a heat retaining property and a heat insulating property when integrally formed with the outer material of rubber or synthetic resin by knitting in a state in which the knitting loop is largely standing. It has the effect of being able to keep it, and also giving it a nice texture and feel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a backing material for cold boots. The base cloth 4 and the heat-insulating flexible synthetic resin foam 3 are interposed between the back cloth material and the outer material 6, and cut into a foot shape. The lining pile material of this backing material is obtained by first dyeing the yarn before knitting, and using the dyed yarn, knitting the coiled loop 9 on the pile fabric 8. Since dyeing is completed in this yarn state, shrinkage due to heat does not occur.

The heat-insulating flexible synthetic resin foam 3 may be any heat-insulating and flexible synthetic resin foam (foam), for example,
Polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, etc. are available. The heat-insulating flexible synthetic resin foam 3 preferably has a thickness of about 0.5 to 7 mm in view of workability in fitting into the last 5 and a fitted state.
The backing material 7 in contact with the last may be ordinary weft knitting, vertical knitting, pile-like cloth, etc., as long as it has spreadability and strength that makes it easy to hang it on the last and attach and detach it.

Integrating the backing material 7 having a large loop 9 standing in a coil shape with the flexible synthetic resin foam 3 having heat insulating property facilitates the work of suturing and attaching the last. For this reason, a conventional means using an adhesive may be used. Alternatively, the foam surfaces may be heated and melted and then pasted together, or may be a loose frame laminating method.

The back cloth material 1 cut into the shape of a foot is sewn to form a sock-like back cloth 2 as shown in FIG. 2, which is hung on the last 5 for the mold and attached. When it is made to adhere, it is attached to the last 5 so that the large looped coil 9 standing on the knitted fabric 8 is on the inside. After application, a boot is formed by applying or injecting a surface material made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as rubber or polyvinyl chloride in the usual manner.

As a result of adopting the above configuration, the present invention provides
The following effects can be obtained. (1) Since the knitted fabric with large loops standing in a coil on the pile fabric is used as the backing material, it has almost the same thickness even after molding in combination with the flexible synthetic resin foam with heat insulating properties. Since it retains the heat-retaining property, the heat-insulating property, and the feeling, it is suitable as a cold boot.
