〔発明の構成〕この種の固着包装機の種を包装する工程

取る図である。構成に於いては、電流モーター1の回転
作動で安定盤2の両端に取り付けている送りローラ3に
チェーンベルト4で関連させ、全体の機能を作動させて
いる。ベルトコンベア5は、安定盤2の両端に取り付け
た送りローラ3の上部と下部に張りめぐらし、安定盤2
の上面で回転作動させている。このベルトコンベア5の
上面に下地和紙6を滑らせ通して、巻き取りドラム17
に関連し巻き取り作動している。この作業工程に於い
て、下地和紙6の上面で接着のりローラ7が回転しなが
ら、無害接着のり8を塗り種ドラム9に形成した溝より
種10が回転しながら塗られた無害接着のり8の面に配
置されている。次に肥料ドラム11に形成した溝より有
機肥料12が種10と種10の間に交互に配置されてい
る。この一連の作業工程に於いて、作動しながら上地和
紙13で覆い、接着押しローラ14で種10と有機肥料
12を固着包装するので、種10等の間隔のばらつきを
防ぐ事ができる。この包装に伴って、接着押しローラ1
4で円形外面に点線切刀を二重、三重と設けているの
で、包装するに従って点線切目15を形成している。こ
の包装した種10を赤外線16で殺菌し、同時に接着面
を乾燥させ、包装巻き取りドラム17で巻き取る種の固
着包装の構造図である。第2図は、包装機より包装した
種の平面図で1部断面図で示すように、下地和紙6の上
面に無害接着のり8を塗り、種ドラム9と有機肥料ドラ
