2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a freezing prevention heating element for flush toilets and the like in cold regions, a method of indirectly heating the toilet by installing a hard heater unit on the lower side of the toilet (for example, JP 59-31
No. 817, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-178885) and a method of heating a part of the toilet 11 with a slightly soft bag-shaped heating element 30 as shown in FIG. At low temperatures, heat was not transferred to the accumulated water portion 12 inside, and the toilet bowl 11 was sometimes damaged due to freezing. Further, in the case of the bag-shaped heating element 30, there is a problem that a part that comes into contact with the toilet bowl 11 having a low temperature and a part that does not come into contact with each other partially occur, causing local abnormal overheating.

The internal structure of this conventional example will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 5. There are a bag-shaped outer cover 22 made of a vinyl chloride sheet and an inner cover 23 made of the same material on the upper and lower sides. There is a cord heater 26 and a fiber net 25, and the cord heater 26 has a net 25 at a point 25a that intersects with the net 25 at several places.
Adhered to. At the same time, at that point 25a, the inner cover 23
It is also glued. A double-sided adhesive sheet 21 with a release paper 24 is attached to the lower surface of the outer cover 22. The cord heater 26 is connected to the lead wire 27 by the connection terminal 28. The peripheral portion 29 is sealed by ultrasonic heating.

Problem to be solved by the invention One of the causes of freezing in conventional products is that the heater is separated from the curved surface and indirectly heated due to the complicated curved surface of the toilet bowl, and heat is not sufficiently transmitted. . Further, the reason why the cord heater 26 is the bag-shaped cover 22 in the conventional product shown in FIG. 5 is to maintain the insulating property of the charging part such as the connecting part 28 of the lead wire 27 under high humidity. Due to this bag-like shape, air enters inside, the volume and thickness of the entire heater increase, the flexibility to follow the curved surface as shown in FIG. 6 disappears, and the surface to be heated becomes indirect heating, and sufficient heating cannot be performed. It is a drawback. In addition, the outer shape is inevitably a linear shape such as a rectangular shape because of the processing of sealing in a bag shape by ultrasonic welding. Therefore, there is a problem that it cannot be formed into a shape suitable for a curved surface.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems as described above, and individually uses a heat-shrinkable tube having a heat-melted layer on the inner surface at the connecting portion of the lead wire to achieve high humidity. Insulate underneath, the adhesive layer on one side, the cord heater is heat-welded to the aluminum heat conductive sheet with the hot-melt resin layer on the other side,
By sticking a plastic resin sheet with an adhesive layer on it, the whole is constructed as an ultrathin flexible sheet-shaped surface heating element.

The structure of the heating element 13 is such that the cord heater 4 having the heat-melting resin jacket on the thin aluminum heat-conducting sheet 1 having the adhesive layer 3 on one side and the heat-melting resin layer 2 on the other side is located at a uniform temperature distribution. The sheet 1 side from 150 ℃ ~ 2
The cord heater 4 is pressure-welded for several seconds with a heating plate of 50 ° C. to heat-weld the entire length of the cord heater 4. Furthermore, a reinforcing fiber is enclosed inside, and a thin flexible plastic resin sheet 5 having an adhesive layer 6 on one side is attached from above the cord heater 4 in a shape similar to that of the aluminum heat conduction sheet 1. A heat-shrinkable tube 9 having a heat-welding layer on the inner surface is inserted into the connecting portion between the cord heater 4 and the lead wire 10 to heat-shrink it to provide water-tight insulation. Reference numeral 7 is a heater wire inside the code heater 4.
Denoted at 8 is a notch provided for attaching the heating element 13 to the curved surface of the toilet bowl 11, which is appropriately provided at a position avoiding the cord heater 4 so as to facilitate the attaching work.

Here, as the jacket material of the cord heater 4, heat-meltable vinyl chloride, chloroprene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, elastomer resin or the like is used. A vinyl chloride sheet, a nylon fiber reinforced vinyl chloride sheet, or the like is used as the resin sheet 5, and an adhesive layer 6 such as an acrylic resin adhesive is provided on one surface of the sheet 5. Before using the aluminum heat conductive sheet 1 and the resin sheet 5, the adhesive surfaces are protected by release paper. If it is necessary to control the heating element to a constant temperature, a watertight sealed microminiature thermostat can be attached to the aluminum sheet surface, or a sensor can be attached to the aluminum sheet surface to control the temperature with an electronic controller. There is a way to do it.

Effect of the Invention Since the present invention is configured as described above, if the heating element 13 is used for the toilet 11 of the flush toilet, it can be directly attached to the required curved surface of the accumulated water 12 and can be heated properly, and the same power consumption is achieved. Even in comparison, the anti-freezing performance can be dramatically improved from -7 ° C to -20 ° C, which is very effective in preventing damage to the pottery toilet bowl. Further, since the cord heater radiates heat evenly, no abnormalities such as local overheating occur and the safety is very high. Furthermore, it is a large and heavy product such as pottery, and even if it has a complicated curved surface, it can be easily attached and applied.
