型裏面へパイプを止め金により固定し、金属溶射により
被覆する方法もある。これは型表面形状の凹凸に準ずる
ため、型素材重量を小さくし、安定した温度を得ること
が出来るが、パイプを止め金で固定する加工費ならびに
金属溶射の材料費と加工費が大きく経済効率が悪い。次
に、図6に示す、カートリッジヒーター(電気ヒータ
ー)をドリル加工した深穴に差し込み、型を加熱する方
法があるが、安定した温度分布と熱効率の良さを得るこ
