Recently, many processed foods (hereinafter simply referred to as foods) that can be eaten only by heating them in a microwave oven have been put on the market in the packaging bag and are now on the market. Examples of these foods include various foods such as side dishes such as shiyumai, confectioneries such as bean jam, and rice balls called tempura with tempura. These foods are mainly packaged in plastic film It is enclosed and sold at supermarkets, department stores, retail stores, etc. for refrigeration, freezing, or room temperature storage. The purchaser can bring it home and heat it in a microwave oven, or depending on the food, heat it in a microwave oven installed at a store such as a convenience store and eat it. Recently, refrigerating the food in the packaging bag in a vending machine with a built-in microwave oven,
An automatic food vending machine for heating and supplying food by the microwave oven has come to be widely installed.

However, when the food in a packaging bag as described above is heated in a microwave oven, the packaging bag expands and bursts due to the expansion of air or gas such as nitrogen gas in the packaging bag due to heating, and the steam generated from the food. In some cases, the contents of the food may be deformed or damaged, resulting in a great decrease in the commercial value. In particular, in the vending machine, the rupture may cause the food to be taken out.

In order to prevent such a rupture accident, it is generally noted that the outer box of the product should be heated after taking out the food from the packaging bag into another container or making a cut in the packaging bag. , Due to carelessness or annoyance,
The above-mentioned burst accident is often caused by heating as it is. In addition, especially in the case of vending machines that cannot be taken out until heating is completed, the above means cannot be taken. Therefore, there is no choice but to put the cut-out packaging bag inside the vending machine. In addition, the shelf life that can be tolerated is short, and unsold products must be constantly replaced and discarded, which is extremely uneconomical.

In this invention, when a packaging bag containing food is heated in a microwave oven, the packaging bag expands due to the expansion of gas in the bag and the generation of steam from the food due to the temperature rise of the food, and this expansion causes spotting. The adhesive portion is pulled and torn, and the gas inside blows out from the tear opening to reduce the internal pressure of the bag and prevent the entire packaging bag from bursting.

The packaging bag 1 having the above-described structure is filled with food 12 from the inlet 11 as shown in FIG. 3 (a), and the inlet as shown in FIG. 3 (b).
The 11 is heat-bonded and sealed by the heat-sealing portion 13. This filling step can be performed using a known filling and packaging machine depending on the type of food, and if necessary, the inside of the bag can be evacuated by vacuum packaging, gas displacement packaging, or gas filling can be performed.

When the obtained food 14 in a packaging bag is heated by a microwave oven, the packaging bag 1 is inflated due to the expansion of the gas in the bag due to the temperature rise of the food 12 and the generation of steam from the food 12.
Due to this expansion, the plastic film in the vicinity of the spot adhesive portion 10 receives the internal pressure as shown by the arrow X in FIG. 4 and is strongly pulled, the spot adhesive portion 10 is broken and the gas inside blows out, lowering the internal pressure of the bag. To prevent the entire packaging bag 1 from bursting.

Since the spot adhesive portion 10 is broken as shown in FIG. 5 because a part of the spot adhesive portion 10 is broken and a notch-shaped hole 15 is formed, the spot adhesive portion 10 is entirely broken as shown in FIG. Are torn and adhere to the opposite side wall side, and even when there is a relatively large hole 15 that also tears a part of the side wall around the spot adhesive portion 10, the rising speed of the internal pressure and the plastic film itself and the spot adhesive portion 10 In detail, various forms occur depending on the strength and the like. In the above example (however, plastic film thickness = nylon 15μ + CPP 60μ), 180
A circular spot adhesive part 10 having a diameter of 4.5 mm was formed with a heating tool heated to ˜190 ° C., 3 foods 12 (rice balls) were charged, N 2 gas displacement packaged, and heated in a microwave oven for 2 minutes. However, most of the packaging bags 1 were torn in the form shown in FIG. 5, and the hole 15 for blowing out the gas was surely formed.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and for example, the plastic film forming the packaging bag 1 can use various materials other than the above, and heating for forming the spot adhesive portion 10 can be performed depending on the material. The temperature should be selected. Further, the number of the spot adhesive portions 10 may be one or plural, and the shape (planar shape) thereof may be various shapes such as a polygonal shape in addition to the circular shape in the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, the spot adhesive portion 10 having a diameter of 4.5 mm is used.
Is separated from the edge 1a of the packaging bag 1 by a small distance (S = 4.5 m
Since it is provided in m), it does not hinder the loading of the food 12, but the spot adhesive portion 10 may be provided so as to partially cover the edge 1a of the packaging bag 1 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, it may be provided continuously to the heat seal portion 8 at the bottom, or may be provided close to the heat seal portion 8. Also, a three-sided seal type packaging bag 21 having heat seal parts 22 to 24 in FIG.
As shown in the example, the spot adhesive portion 10 may be provided at a position separated from the edge of the bag (each heat seal portion) depending on the number and shape of the food 12 to be enclosed. In this embodiment, the spot adhesive portion 10 is formed by thermally adhering the overlapping side walls 25 and 26 in a dot shape.

Further, although the case where the spot adhesive portion 10 is provided in the bag manufacturing process has been described above, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, when the inlet 11 is heat-sealed after the food 12 is charged, for example, overlapping front and back sides are provided. The spot adhesive portion 10 may be provided by thermally adhering the side walls 2 and 3 in a dotted manner to a position close to the heat sealing portion 13 for sealing the inlet or continuously with the heat sealing portion 13. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are designated by the same reference numerals.

[Effect of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, a rupture accident of the bag due to the heating of the food enclosed in the packaging bag can be prevented by the extremely simple structure of providing the spot adhesive portion on the packaging bag. The damage and deformation of the food due to the rupture, the accident that the vending machine cannot be taken out, etc. are wiped out, and the consumer can safely heat with the microwave oven.
