2. Description of the Related Art At present, most of the raw materials for solid detergents for personal use are fatty acid salt soaps. However, this fatty acid salt system has the following drawbacks. That is, in hard water, the foaming power and the detergency are remarkably reduced, and the pH is as high as 10 to 11, which is not preferable for those who are vulnerable to alkali. Soaps that compensate for these drawbacks include neutral soaps and weakly acidic soaps. For example, as the neutral soap, there is a solid soap based on a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate or lauryl sulfate, but these do not generate scum even in hard water, and have excellent foaming power and detergency. However, on the other hand, it has a degreasing power, and has a drawback that it is liable to melt and collapse during use. Further, as the same neutral soap, the linear alpha-olefin sulfonate has less irritation to the skin as compared with the above-mentioned linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and lauryl sulfate, but has the same drawback.

On the other hand, the N-acyl acidic amino acid salt differs from the above in that the pH is weakly acidic (5 to 7) equivalent to that of the skin.
Therefore, there is little irritation to the skin, and the performance in hard water is almost satisfactory. However, this also has the drawback that it is highly liable to melt and collapse during use, and that it becomes slimy during use (rinsing) and adheres to the soap container when left in the soap container after use. The problem remains. There are also soaps based on an acyl isethionate salt that is mildly acidic to neutral and has little skin irritation, but again, the soap and the melt-down during use are severe, and the product is used with a slimy feel during use (rinsing). When it is left in a soap container afterwards, it has a practical drawback that it adheres to the soap container.

For this reason, there are drawbacks such as dripping and melt-down during use of this type of solid soap, sliminess during use (rinsing), and sticking to the soap container when left in the soap container after use. , A lot of research has been done to improve it, but the satisfactory results have not been obtained.

In order to solid-form the composition of the present invention,
Moisture content of 2 to 15% by weight is required in the composition. The composition is made moldable by adding water to facilitate the operations of roll kneading, plodder extrusion and stamping and molding. The amount of water to be blended needs to be changed appropriately depending on the components and the types and blending amounts of optional components described later. If the blending amount in the composition exceeds 15% by weight, the composition becomes soft. And the composition tends to be difficult to mold.
