2. Description of the Related Art A conventional rewinding machine of this type has a structure as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example. This is to rewind a fishing line (hereinafter referred to as a fishing line) wound around a large spool from a fiber manufacturer and rewound into a small spool which is suitable for a fishing tackler to market. The outline will be described. A supply spool 1 (a large spool) is installed on a feeding device 3, and a fishing line 4 fed out is a pulley 5.
The winding spool 2 (small spool) installed in the winding device 11 is wound up through a passage formed by 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. The delivery device 3 includes a servo motor 12 and delivers the fishing line 4. Pulleys 5 and 7
Is a fixed pulley, and the pulley 6 between them is supported by a rotating arm 14 extending from the tension detector 13, and is biased by a spring so as to rotate the arm 14 downward.
Tension is applied to the fishing line 4 hung on 7. The tension detector 13 detects an increase / decrease in the tension because the angle of the arm 14 changes when the tension of the fishing line 4 applied to the pulley 6 changes. The rotation speed of the motor 12 is controlled by the control circuit based on the detection of the tension detector 13, so that the tension of the fishing line 4 during rewinding is maintained constant.

The take-up spool 2 is a large number of spools 2.
2n are coaxially and detachably connected. The take-up device 11 is provided with a take-up spool 2 and is provided with a servo motor 15, and is adapted to take up the fishing line 4 from the one end of the spool 2 in a predetermined length in order. The winding device 11 additionally has an axial feed mechanism that supports the pulleys 8, 9, 10 so as to supply the fishing line 4 to a predetermined spool 2. Although not shown in detail, for example, when winding the spool 2a, the pulleys 8, 9 and 10 are axially moved by a feed mechanism in which a screw rod is reversely driven at a constant rotation amount corresponding to a winding width of the spool 2a. It reciprocates and laps. In the figure, 16 is a reversible servomotor of the feeding mechanism. Reference numeral 17 denotes a panel of the control unit, which has a spool diameter, a winding width,
Various setting / display devices for winding length, thread diameter, supply spool diameter, switch buttons for operation, stop, emergency stop, reset, etc. are arranged.

If the fishing line wound on the spool is wound too tightly, it will have a curling tendency, resulting in a decrease in commercial value. If it is wound too loosely, it will move in the spool width direction and become a part wound upward. Even if the upper and lower relations of the part wound on the lower side are interchanged, it may cause a hang. It has been found that there is a problem that a good winding state is not always obtained when rewinding by a conventional fishing line rewinding machine. The cause is that the tension of the fishing line during winding is not appropriate. In the conventional fishing line rewinding machine, the adjusting device for keeping the tension of the fishing line 4 during rewinding is configured to detect the change in the tension by the tension detector 13 and then correct the rotation speed of the motor 12. , The tension is changing and not constant. Since the fishing line is rewound at a high speed, the fishing line is partially wound on the spool, that is, a tightly wound portion and a loosely wound portion. Moreover, since the magnitude of the applied tension is adjusted by adjusting the spring force that urges the arm 14, it is difficult to keep the tension constant each time the tension is changed. An object of the present invention is to provide a device capable of easily adjusting the tension of the yarn when rewinding the yarn so that the tension of the yarn is always a set constant value.

According to the above-mentioned means, the tension applied to the fishing line at the time of rewinding is determined by the weight of the moving pulley side, so that it is always constant. The change in the feed-out speed of the supply spool and the take-up speed of the take-up spool, that is, the change in the running speed of the fishing line due to the change in the diameter of the wound part, is caused by the vertical displacement of the moving pulley regardless of the tension. Then, this is detected by the position detection means, and the moving pulley returns to the reference height position by increasing or decreasing the rotation speed of one of the supply spool and the take-up spool based on this detection. The rewound state can be continued. Therefore, although the moving pulley is displaced, the tension is still constant, and rewinding is performed with the tension being completely constant.

The structure in which the moving pulley is guided by the linear guide is
The swing of the moving pulley is prevented, and the position of the moving pulley is surely detected by the position detecting means. The non-contact type detector does not affect the tension. The configuration using the pulse motor has a quick response, and the moving range of the moving pulley can be narrowed. The configuration of the light source, the light receiving element, and the light shielding plate is highly reliable, operates reliably, and is a non-contact type. Further, if the moving pulley can add and remove the weight, the magnitude of the tension can be easily changed.

The weight attaching means 26 is such that the weight 41 can be attached to and removed from the bracket 39 to which the moving pulley 22 is attached by the screw 40. Depending on the type of fishing line 4 to be rewound, the weight 41 is added in advance to the weight on the side of the movable pulley 22 to obtain an optimum weight, that is, an optimum tension is generated on the fishing line 4, and different weights are previously set. Be prepared. In addition to the above, this tension adjusting device detects a predetermined detector by the height position detection signal of the moving pulley 22 obtained from the position detecting means 25, for example, by using the middle detector in the vertical arrangement as a reference. When it is detected that the movable pulley 22 has moved to the upper side based on the height position, the motor 12 is controlled so that the rotation speed of the large spool 1 is increased, and the movable pulley 22 is moved to the lower side. When the movement is detected, the motor 12 is controlled so that the rotation speed of the large spool 1 is slowed down so that the moving pulley is returned to the reference position. Also,
The motor 12 is a pulse motor.

The fishing line rewinding machine equipped with this tension detecting device is used in the same manner as the conventional one, but the tension of the line at the time of winding is set by adding and removing the weight 41. Large spool 1
The fishing line 4 pulled out from the pulleys 20, 21, 22, 23
Then, the yarn end is fixed to the end 2a of the small spool 2 via the pulleys 8, 9 and 10, and the operation is started.
Since the tension of the fishing line 4 during winding is set by weight, the moving pulley 22 is rewound even if it is returned to the original reference position by controlling the speed of the motor 12 while moving upward or downward. Since the tension of the fishing line 4 therein is not affected, the rewinding is always performed under the set constant tension. Therefore, as a result of being able to give the optimum tension to the fishing line 4, the fishing line 4 is rewound in an extremely good state. Since the optimum tension can be prepared in advance with a weight corresponding to the type of fishing line 4, the operation can be performed easily and reliably.
