Abstract

PURPOSE: To keep a charging part out of direct touch even when a worker touches it by his bare hand before fitting so as to protect the worker from an electric shock during connection wiring by covering a plug and a receptacle constituting a connector with insulators individually. CONSTITUTION: In a plug 10, the whole of a male terminal 13 fixed in the end part of a conductor 12 of a lead wire 11 is covered with an insulator 14, and in a part the insulator 14, a lid 15 is integrally formed via a notch 16. In the opposed position to the lid 15, a projection 18, which is fitted in a through hole 17 formed in the lid 15 when the lid 15 is bent at the notch 16, is arranged. The lid 15 is bent inward at the notch part 16 arranged in the boundary between the insulator 14 and the lid 15 so as to cover an opening part, and the projection 18 arranged in the opposed position to the lid 15 is fitted in the through hole 17 in the lid 15. In this way, the opening part of the insulator 14 is covered, so that a charging part, i.e., the male terminal 13 is kept out of touch during work.

For example, in the wiring of a solar cell module, after the module is installed on the roof, the lead wires extending from the module are sequentially connected by fitting the plug and the receptacle. An electric potential is generated by the sunlight between the lead wires of the solar cell module.
In the case of a system, a voltage of over 200V is generated between the lead wires connected to the terminal box at the end, so there is a risk of electric shock if people touch it during work.

As a countermeasure against this, a light-shielding sheet is attached to the panel surface of the module so as not to generate an electric potential, and the sheet is peeled off after connecting the lead wires, or work is performed with insulating gloves. The former can only be applied at the time of new installation, and the danger at the time of maintenance and inspection is unavoidable, and the latter is left to the worker, and it is unknown whether the safety is ensured.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above problems and eliminates the electric shock of workers during connection wiring work.
It provides a wire connection method that ensures work safety, and its feature is that the plugs and receptacles that make up the connector are each covered with an insulating material, and even if you touch it with bare hands before mating, you can directly charge it. This is because the plug and the receptacle which are configured so as not to touch the parts are fitted.

As described above, in the electric wire connecting and wiring method of the present invention, the male terminal of the plug and the female terminal of the receptacle are entirely covered with the insulator, and the bare hand must be touched before fitting the plug and the receptacle. Since it is configured so as not to directly touch the charging part, the worker does not directly touch the charging part when connecting and connecting the electric wire, so that the safety of the worker is secured.

As shown in FIG. 2A, in the plug 10, the entire male terminal 13 fixed to the end of the conductor 12 of the lead wire 11 is covered with an insulator 14, and a part of the insulator 14 is covered. Is notch 16
The lid 15 is integrally formed with the through hole 17, and a through hole 17 is formed at the tip of the lid 15. Further, at the opposite pole position of the lid 15, there is provided a projection 18 that fits into a through hole 17 formed in the lid 15 when the lid 15 is bent at the notch 16. Reference numeral 19 is an annular recess provided in the inner peripheral portion of the insulator 14. Then, the lid 15 is bent inward so as to cover the opening by the notch 16 provided at the boundary between the insulator 14 and the lid 15, and the through hole 17 of the lid 15 is formed.
By fitting the projection 18 provided at the opposite electrode position of the lid 15 to the above, the opening of the insulator 14 is covered as shown in FIG. 2B, and the charging portion, that is, the male terminal 13 is touched during the work. Disappears.

When the plug 10 and the receptacle 20 are fitted together, the through hole of the lid 15 of the plug 10 in the state shown in FIG.
The plug 10 is brought into the state of FIG. In this state, the insulator 24 of the receptacle 20 is inserted into the insulator 14 of the plug 10, and the male terminal 13 of the plug 10 and the female terminal 23 of the receptacle 20 are fitted together. When the predetermined fitting is performed, the annular concave portion 19 and the annular convex portion 26 are engaged with each other, and the projection 25 provided on the receptacle 20 is fitted into the through hole 17 formed in the lid 15 of the plug 10 (Fig. 1). This makes it possible to confirm the fit between the plug 10 and the receptacle 20, and also to prevent the plug from coming off. In the example,
Although the plug and the receptacle are each molded directly on the cable, the same effect can be obtained by attaching the premolded plug and the receptacle to the cable.
