Abstract

PURPOSE:To conserve the consumption of paper resources by processing an olefinic mixed resin film into stationery or copy paper and processing the resin paste of the resin film into a film to process the film into a packing material or a building material or utilizing the resin paste as a tile joint. この発明は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、PET、
PPT、PEA、OPP樹脂の新しい樹脂や産廃物のP
ET、PPT、PEA樹脂を原料として、これを砿鉱物
粉、色素を加えて30%フェノール水液や他のフェノー
ル混合液を溶媒として加えて溶解した樹脂ペーストを布
繊維や繊維紙や他の繊維質に塗布して、乾燥して加熱融
解せしめて成る樹脂フィルムを紙の代用として使用し
て、メモ紙板やノートの代用品として又、壁紙として使
用し印刷インクやボールペンインキ、マジックインキで
書いても消しゴムや界面活性剤を含んだ掃具で容易に拭
き取るの事出来る樹脂フィルム加工品の外、防水、防カ
ビ用の壁紙やタイル紙、剥離性の水製表面加工やティパ
ックや紙質袋に加工する事を特徴とする樹脂フィルを作
る事によって産廃物の有効利用や天然木材資源の節減を
はかった再生利用の出来る消去性のある印刷インク消し
と防水、防菌性、剥離性樹脂加工品にかかる内容であ
る。一般に住宅マンションの壁面に落書きされる文字や
絵は人のプライバシーを傷つける場合があり、これを消
去する必要があるがなかなかこれを簡単に取り除く事が
できなかった。又、複写紙や印刷紙の秘密文章を消去す
る必要にせまられた時には、カッターで切断したり、破
砕せしめるからゴミが増大し、再製が困難な場合が多
い。又、電話のメモ用紙やノート紙、学用紙、絵画紙、
黒板等に於いて、油性ボールペンやマジックインキや印
刷インクで書いたり印刷したりしたものを再生利用する
には、複雑な工程が必要であり、簡単なゴム消しや界面
活性剤で消去する事は出来ないので無駄な紙質の消費が
多く、木材資源の枯渇を招き社会問題となり、一方では
ゴミの処理に多額な費用をかけて処理しているのが現況
である。このメモ用紙や学生用ノートを考えても油性ボ
ールペンが使われるケースが多いのは鉛筆は摩擦に弱く
消えやすい欠点がある為である。しかし、この油性のイ
ンクは消しゴムでは消えないし、界面活性剤では消えな
いから紙も白紙に替えて記録する必要があった。包装紙
や包装段ボールに於いて、スーパーの様な食品店では産

左右し、時々生鮮食品を廃棄する場合が多く無駄であっ

着するか、接合した樹脂フィルムを圧着したものは、マ
ジックインキで書いて日付けの表示が簡単に出来るので
販売出店順位を表示でき、幾度も再生回収利用が出来る
ので有用である。特に、段ボールの外面クラフト紙の代
用に使用する時には、ポリプロピレン樹脂に混合する砿

機溶媒で消去しても、樹脂膜は破壊しない。これは、前
記、PET、PAT、PP、PEフィルム樹脂の接合メ
チ用としても使用され、又、このフィルム樹脂に塗着す
る赤色インクペーストとして利用される。この場合は、
180〜300℃の熱風で熱処理して融着せしめる。こ
の、PPやPE、PET、PPT樹脂は一般インクの付
着が悪いが、本フェノーる水液ペーストは顔料を入れて
インクペースト液とする極めて安定されるばかりでな
く、長期防カビ効果があり、ポリアミド樹脂、フェノー
ル樹脂、合成ゴムとの混合が出来、色々の特徴のある性
質が出来るばかりでなく、繊維布に塗布して熱処理する
時は、合成皮革や壁布として有用であり、このペースの
トラミネート紙はPET紙としてノート、複写紙に利用
される。特に、PET、PPTの再生処理としてこのイ
ンクペーストを作る時は、産廃物の有効再生に役立つ消
去剤としての界面活性剤としてはアルキルペンゼン、ス
ルフォン酸塩では消去は困難であるが側鎖の長いドデシ
ル系石油にフェノールを附加したものやエチレンオキサ
イドを附加した長い分子より成る界面活性剤が使用され
る。又、フェノールトリエタノールアミン液が使用され
る。この界面活性剤は紙や布、スポンジ樹脂に含浸させ
て拭き取ると簡単にインクは消去する。以上の様にP
P、硬質PEフィルム、PET、PPT樹脂に砿鉱石粉
のラジェーション、ベントナイト、ゼオライト、軽石
粉、石灰石粉、石膏粉等を10以上乃至50%を添加し
たフィルムや同ペースト顔料を塗布した塗料をノート紙
やメモ紙、コピー紙に使用する時は、油性インク、マジ
ックインキ、印刷インクで印刷した消去材として消しゴ
ムや界面活性剤掃具で簡単に消去出来るので、公共廃棄
物処理の紙屑の量を再生によって経費を減少し、資源の
節約ともなり、中古マンションや住宅内のプライバシー
の落書きの消去に役立つ。この樹脂塗料はエレベータ
ー、便所の落書きの消去やコピー紙の印刷インクの消去
に役立ち、防カビ用として有用であるから産業上有用な
発明である。又、この樹脂フィルムをコバルト60でガ
ンマー線レントゲンで15分照射したものは硬度が高く
なり複写用フィルムに適している。この発明の実施要領
を図面で説明すると次の如くである。〔図1〕はメモ紙
板(1)の正面図を示す。〔図2〕はそのA−B切断側
面図である。〔図3〕に於いて油性ボールペン(5)を
嵌着する布皮環(4)を一方の側面に接着せしめたメモ
大板(3)の両面にポールペン(5)インクを消失する

ルム(2)(2’)を圧着糊で圧着し、更に他方の側面

する。〔図3〕は折りたたみの出来るノートブック
(8)の斜め正面図を示し、プラスチックスインク消去
フィルム(2a)(2b)が中芯(9)で固定されてプ
ラスチックスフィルム(2’)とプラスチックスフィル
ム(2)との間に硬い台紙(3)が圧着されて、その内
側に消去フィルム(2a)(2b)の複数板が嵌着され
ているシートを示すもので、プラスチックスフィルム
(2a)(2b)には裏面に硬い紙やスチール箔や合成
繊維、砿鉱物繊維紙が張付けられて、腰を強化したもの
を以て構成し、油性ボールペン又は、マジックペン
(5)を布皮環(4)に嵌着している。〔図4〕は黒板
又は、白板(1c)を示している。この黒板又は、白板
(1c)の表面には消去プラスチックスフィルム(2
c)(2’c)が焼付け皮膜によって作られ、又、フィ

ンク消去のプラスチックスフィルム(2h)(2’h)
を中芯紙(3h)の両面に接合した片面(2’h)に圧
着糊(6h)を塗着し剥離紙(7h)をその上に圧着せ
しめたもので、このフィルム(2h)(2’h)(3
h)の壁紙(1h)を長尺に常法に従って加工したもの
を市販する。このシート(4h)の表面(2h)には予
め印刷(8h)を印刷して模様を作り壁に張り合わせる
には、剥離紙をとり圧着糊面を壁面(9h)に圧着しな
がら張付ける。このインク消去のフィルムの配合例を示
すと次の如くである。 〔例1〕 ポリプロピレン又は硬質ポリエチレン樹脂 60% PET樹脂、PPT.OPP樹脂 砿鉱物粉 例えばゼオライト粉、ベントナイト 硅酸塩粉、石灰石粉、マグネシア粉、硝子粉 38% フェノール、グライコール、トリエタノールアミン 0〜1.2% その他色素 0.8〜2% 先ず、ニーダーに200℃温度で加熱しながらよく素練
りする。次に、押出機に入れて加圧しながら押出しフィ
ルターでフィルターしたものをペレット化した後、押出
機によって加熱しながら押出し圧延ロールで延伸してフ

くである。 〔例2〕 PET樹脂又はPPT樹脂又は同廃品樹脂切断粉 100部 フェノール液(30%アェノール含有界面活性剤入) 100部 顔料 又は 砿鉱物粉 5〜30 部 着色顔料 5〜10部 香料 0〜0.1 部 このペースト配合物を室温で混合ミキサーで混合して密
封タンク内で静置し、3日放置すればフェノール水に溶
解したPPT樹脂はペースト状糊を作る。これを真空中
で蒸発して粉末化したものを加熱融解してコンプレッサ
ーにつけた噴霧器で噴射して壁面に着色した被膜を作
り、これをマイクロ波又は、熱風で乾燥して融着せしめ
る。この様な被膜は合板の表面に融着加工してコンクリ
ートパネル板やドラム缶の内張りにも利用され、建材板
として利用する時は耐水性の高い表面加工が得られる。
紙にこのペーストを塗着後、加熱して被膜を作ったもの
はティパック紙や合成皮革や剥離紙の下地に利用され
る。この時の配合例を示すと次の如くである。 〔例3〕 PET樹脂 100部 3%フェノール水 200部 〔例4〕 PET樹脂 100部 3%フェノール水又は フェノールトリエタノールアミン フェノールアセトン 酢酸、アクリル酸、オキシアンソク酸 200部 色素 0〜20部 エチルシリコン樹脂粉又は 弗化樹脂粉 10〜30 部 この剥離材は、常法のロールコーティングによって巻紙
の片面又は、両面に〔例3〕のペーストを塗布して乾燥
器で80℃で乾燥する。乾燥中に発生するフェノールガ
スはフォルマリン水中で吸収して回収しフェノールレヂ

熱ロールで圧延して被膜を作り、この表面に〔例4〕ペ
ーストを塗布して乾燥加熱して剥離紙を作る。建材の場
合は、比重0.1の発泡硅酸カルシウムアルミニウムソ
ーダスポンジ板1米平方に対して、20gを塗布し乾燥
して10g減量したら加熱融着する。PET30% フ
ェノール水ペーストを表面に塗布したものは、PET樹
脂と同等の耐水性があり、天井板に使用され防カビ性で

水性が強くPPフィルムを波形中芯としてPPフィルむ
を内外面に張付けた段ボールより圧縮荷重が2倍も強く
なっており安価であるこの様に、表面を混合樹脂イルム
で張付けたものは雨中でも紙の様に形崩れが生じない利
点があり、コンピューター用として有用である。特にコ
バルト60でガンマー線を照射したものは、強度が高く
防水防菌性がある。〔図15〕はこの段ボール壁面の側
面図である。即ち、紙にPETペースト樹脂をコーティ
ングして乾燥し、熱融着せしめて圧延したもので、フィ
ルム紙(1W)を作り、これを常法の段ボール機で中芯
(2W)を熱プレスして作り、フィルム紙(1W)を熱
融着しフィルム紙(1′W)で熱融着せしめたものは、
合板やコンクリートパネル板、自動車クッション板、建
材、包装材として有用であり、廃品PET樹脂再生利用
として有用であり、和紙や麻紙や綿紙にこのペースト樹
脂を塗布したものは、ティパック紙として有用であるば
かりでなく、印刷インクを消しやすい紙板として鮮度保
持に有効に利用される。この油性ボールペンインク消し
の如く、フィルムに加工して使用するものと、ペースト
状に作り、これを乾燥融解して被膜化する方法は、その
使用目的に応じて自由に選択できる。〔図13〕は産廃
PET瓶(1T)の側面図を示し、繊維素(2T)に3
0%フェノール水液又は、30%フェノールフォルマリ
ン液を含浸したものを図に示す如く、瓶の側面に環化し
て密着せしめ、塩化ビニールフィルム袋(3T)で側面
をカバーして放置すると、瓶の側面は次第に収縮して凹
環面(4T)を作るので予めラヂエーション石灰石塊
(5T)を入れて、多孔上蓋(6T)を曲げて瓶口(7
T)から下部に入れて広げた上面に、この繊維素(2
T)に30%フェノール水液を含浸せしめると、瓶(1
T)と繊維素(2T)の接触面は次第に収縮して凹環面
(4T)を作るので、瓶内部の多孔上蓋(6T)は石灰
石(5T)を遮蔽するので次後水を入れるとミネラル水
が出来、5員環の構造水が得られる。又、このペースト
樹脂に有機溶煤や界面活性剤を添加してオンス医で洗滌
水して濾別した固形物を乾燥したこの構造水を作る瓶
が、フェノール液で出来るので産廃瓶の再利用として有
効に利用され、PET瓶の変形加工として有用である。
又、このフェノール水液にPET樹脂を溶解したペース
ト樹脂にナイロン66や他のポリアミド樹脂を溶解する
時は、耐熱混合樹脂が作られ接着の更に強い接合被膜が
過熱によって作られ防水コンクリート表面加工用や壁材
に利用されるばかりでなく、ポリビニールアセタールと
混合したものも得られるので、金属被膜に利用される。
又、PETやPPT樹脂の産廃物を30%フェノール水
で溶解したペーストにフォルマリン水、ポリビニールア
セタールを混合した樹脂ペーストをコンクリートの表面
防水に使用し、石膏成型物に塗布したものは、防水性防
菌剤の入ったものの防菌性が得られ、防カビ用に適して
いる。又更に、コンクリート未硬化物にアセトン、フォ
ルマリン、ポリビニールアセタール、アルカリ塩の入っ
たものを入れるとより防水性で強度が2倍に強化され
る。以上の如く、この発明の特徴は、従来溶解触媒が殆
ど見当らない為の、PET樹脂産廃物の再生利用を行う
為に、フェノール液やフェノール混合液を使用してペー
スト化せしめ、二次加工が出来やすくしてこれにゼオラ
イト、ベントナイト等の硅酸塩粉を10%以上50%混
和せしめて分散をよくし、これを融解せしめてフィルム
に加工したものは以上の各種用とに利用され、又、新し
いPP樹脂、PE樹脂とも混合しやすいなり生産コスト
を20%以上安価にし、特に油性インクマジックイン
キ、印刷インクに対して書きやすいスベリ止めの役目を
する砿鉱物粉を多量に混入せしめる事によって成功さ
せ、且つ、PP樹脂、PE、PET、PPt、OPP、
PEA樹脂等のインクの付着性を高め、消失性樹脂を選
択する事によって再生可能なノートの繰返しの再利用を
促進し、紙資源の消費を節減するばかりでなく、生ゴミ
の公害予防ともなり、粉末再生樹脂として成型利用する
事が出来るので産業上有用な発明である。
