Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an insert fixture of light weight, and excellent mass production adaptability and durability, by providing a screw hole coaxial with a hollow part of a cylindrical sleeve having a wedge-like anchor part on the one end, and integratedly forming it out of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: An insert fixture 1 is manufactured by the use of resin material so that a wedge-like anchor part 3 is formed on one end of a cylindrical sleeve 2, a flange part on the end part of the anchor part 3 and a plurality of ribs 7 extending from the flange part 6 to the outer circumferential face of the anchor part 3 are provided, and further a hollow part 4 and a screw hole 5 are coaxially formed in the sleeve 2. For the resin material, polyamide series resin is suitable, which has mechanical strength similar to that of steel, alkali resistance, high resistance against heat of reaction or curing heat of concrete, and is equal to concrete in coefficient of thermal expansion. The insert fixtue 1 is arranged inside a formwork, a bolt is screwed in the screw hole 5 of the opening part of sleeve from the outside of the formwork putting packing between, concrete is placed, after curing the bolt is drawn out so as to detach the formwork, and various parts are fitted to it by the bolt.

2. Description of the Related Art In order to attach various members to a concrete structure, it is general to use a means for screwing a female insert tool embedded in the surface of the concrete structure. As shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 24002/200402, a cylindrical sleeve is integrally formed with a wedge-shaped enlarged base portion at one end thereof, and is made entirely of ceramics. There has been devised one in which a main body portion made of ceramics and internally having a screw hole is continuously provided at one end of a tubular sleeve made of concrete.

In the former case, the sleeve and the enlarged base have a complicated shape, and if they are made of ceramics, the mass production is inferior and the cost is high. Since it is divided into a sleeve and a main body, each has a simple shape and does not require much manufacturing time, but on the other hand, the number of parts increases and it is troublesome to bury it in a concrete structure or manage parts. It is assumed that

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicates an insert device of an embodiment, and the entire insert device 1 has a wedge-shaped anchor having an outer diameter larger than that of the sleeve 2 at one end of a cylindrical sleeve 2. The part 3 is formed. An inner space 4 is formed in the sleeve 2 and its wall thickness is uniform. The anchor portion 3 is formed in a conical shape whose diameter increases toward the end and is coaxial with the sleeve 2. Inside the anchor portion 3, the inner space 4 of the sleeve 2
A screw hole 5 that is coaxially communicated with is formed. Screw hole 5
Has substantially the same diameter as the inner space 4 of the sleeve 2. A flange portion 6 is formed at an end portion of the anchor portion 3, and a plurality of ribs 7 axially extending from the flange portion 6 to the outer peripheral surface of the anchor portion 3 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.

In the insert device 1 of this embodiment, the above-mentioned constituent elements, that is, the sleeve 2, the anchor portion 3, and the collar portion 6 are integrally molded, and resin is used as the material thereof. This resin insert instrument 1 is embedded in concrete with the end face on the opening side of the sleeve 2 being along the surface, and is passed through the sleeve 2 and screwed into the screw hole 5 of the anchor portion 3 by a bolt (not shown). Functions to attach various parts to a concrete structure.

By the way, the insert 1 is made of resin as described above, and is molded by molding means such as injection molding. The resin material has mechanical strength (hardness, impact strength, compressive strength, etc.) similar to that of steel, and has excellent resistance to the alkali contained in concrete. A resin material that can withstand reaction heat and curing heat is preferable, and for example, polyamide-based polyamide MXD6 (for example, Lenny 1022F and Lenny 1032 manufactured by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Inc.) and the like are preferable.

FIG. 3 shows an example of manufacturing a concrete structure in which the insert device 1 is embedded. The insert device 1 is arranged on the inner side of the form 8 and the end face of the sleeve 2 on the opening side with the packing 9 sandwiched therebetween. Is set on the inner surface of the mold 8 and the state is fixed from the outer surface side of the mold 8 with the bolt 10 screwed into the screw hole 5 of the anchor portion 3 of the insert instrument 1. Since the packing 9 is sandwiched even when the bolt 10 is strongly screwed in, the insert 8 prevents the mold 8 from being damaged. Then, concrete C is placed in the form 8. After the concrete C is cured, the bolt 10 is pulled out and the form 8 is demolded to obtain a concrete structure.

According to the insert device 1, various parts are attached to the concrete structure by bolts (not shown) which are inserted into the sleeve 2 and screwed into the screw holes 5 of the anchor portion 3. In particular, a large anchoring force is obtained by the anchor portion 3 so that the insert device 1 is not likely to come off from the concrete C, and further, the collar portion 6 and the rib 7 significantly improve the retaining action.

Since the insert device 1 is entirely made of resin, many parts can be easily manufactured in a short time even if it has a complicated shape by using a molding means such as injection molding as described above. That is, it is possible to produce without labor such as cutting work, and as a result, it is excellent in mass productivity and also advantageous in cost. Further, since it is made of resin, there is no fear of corrosion, and therefore, there is an advantage that the mounting state of various parts can be maintained for a long period of time. Further, the weight of the insert device 1 itself is reduced, and the handling after manufacturing becomes easy. In addition, when the above-mentioned polyamide MXD6 (Renny 1022F manufactured by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Inc.) is selected as the resin material, the coefficient of thermal expansion is similar to that of concrete, and therefore, there is no problem in the embedded state, which is optimal.

As described above, according to the connector of the present invention, a wedge-shaped anchor portion having an outer diameter larger than that of the sleeve is formed at one end of the tubular sleeve, and at least the anchor portion. In the insert instrument in which the screw hole that coaxially communicates with the inner space of the sleeve is formed, since the whole is made of resin, even if the molding means such as injection molding is used, it may have a complicated shape. Many can be manufactured easily and in a short time. As a result, there is an effect that mass productivity is excellent, cost is advantageous, there is no fear of corrosion, and the function as an insert device is maintained for a long time.
