る為、長期間の保存に役立つ気密容器に関するものであ

ぞれ、密閉するためのBシーリング体(5)を設ける。 本発明は以上のような構成で、これを使用する時は、容
器(4)に食物等を入れてAシーリング体(1)の窒素
注入口(2)より窒素ガスを注入する。すると容器
(4)の中は窒素ガスで充満する。よって容器(4)の
中の空気は空気排気口(3)から排気され、酸素による
食物等の酸化と腐敗が防げる為、食物の長期保存が可能
