Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an airtight container inside which air can be replaced with nitrogen gas so that it can be used for preserving foods over a long period of time, by a method wherein a first sealing member is provided to make the container airtight and equipped with a nitrogen gas inlet port and an air outlet port and second sealing members are respectively provided on the ports. CONSTITUTION: An A sealing member 1 is provided on a container 4 to make the container 4 airtight and equipped with a nitrogen feed port 2 to feed nitrogen gas and an air outlet port 3 to vent air. In addition, B sealing members 5 are respectively provided on the nitrogen feed and air outlet ports 2 and 3 to block the ports 2 and 3. When the container 4 is used, foods are put in the container 4, and nitrogen gas is fed from the nitrogen feed port 2 of the A sealing member 1. Thus. the inside of the container 4 is filled with nitrogen gas and air inside the container 4 is vented from the air outlet port 3. Thereby, as food can be prevented from being oxidized by oxygen and from being spoilt, a long term food preservation becomes feasible.

注入口(2)より窒素ガスを注入する。すると容器
(4)の中は窒素ガスで充満する。よって容器(4)の
中の空気は空気排気口(3)から排気され、酸素による
食物等の酸化と腐敗が防げる為、食物の長期保存が可能
となる。
