The metal foil of this laminate is a barrier that blocks the permeation of scent components and gases, and the protective resin layer prevents contact between the metal foil and the contents, and the corrosion of the metal foil and the penetration of the metal contents into the contents. And the metal foil is reinforced to enhance the mechanical strength of the laminate. Further, the peelable heat-sealing resin layer of the laminated body enables a heat adhesive layer between the cap opening wall and the metal foil laminated body, and imparts easy peeling property (peelability) to the adhesive surface.

According to this coating structure, the thin portion 23 is completely covered with the high barrier metal foil 25 adhered to the heat-sealable resin layer 27, so that the permeation of the flavor component through the thin portion is almost completely achieved. In addition to being preventable, the heat seal is a peelable heat seal. Therefore, at the time of opening, the weakened portion 5 is first broken and then peeled off between the backing member 24 outside the weakened portion and the mouth wall 3, This member 2
The whole 4 can be removed together with the planned opening portion 4.
When the backing member 24 is broken at the same time as the weakened portion 5, since the backing member includes a high-strength metal foil and a protective resin layer, a large force is required to break the backing member, which makes it difficult to open. However, according to the present invention, the peeling between the backing member 24 outside the weakened portion and the mouth wall 3 is performed by utilizing the peelable property of the heat-sealable resin layer without breaking the backing member. Since it is performed, the opening of the planned opening portion 4 is easy. Further, since the cut end of the backing member does not remain at the spout, the appearance after opening is remarkably good.

According to the present invention, the backing member is formed of a specific laminated material and is attached to the back surface of the mouth wall in a specific positional relationship to form a peelable heat seal therebetween. In addition, the weakened portion is broken at the time of opening, and then the backing member outside the weakened portion is separated from the mouth wall, and the entire backing member is integrally removed with the planned opening portion. This makes it possible to solve the above-mentioned problems in the conventional metal foil backing cap, to have a combination of excellent flavor retention and easy opening, and to have hygienic properties and appearance after opening. It is possible to provide a pouring cap having excellent characteristics.
