The requirement is a thermochromic stuffed animal. Furthermore, the skin material is made of cloth or a flexible plastic material, and the surface of the skin material is formed with a reversible thermochromic layer in which the color tone at the time of coloring has a complementary color relationship with the color tone of the light source, or The non-color-changing layer and the reversible thermochromic layer are laminated, and the color tone of the reversible thermochromic layer at the time of coloring is in a complementary color relationship with the color tone of the non-color-changing layer, and the filling is a cotton-like aggregate of short fibers. It is a requirement.

The power source for energizing and turning on the light source may be externally supplied from a household outlet, a battery, a dry cell or the like through a connection line, or may be a battery or a dry cell built in the inside directly. The position where the light source is arranged varies depending on the shape of the stuffed animal,
In the case of a doll, one or more dolls are installed at positions where light sources can be installed, such as the head, torso, and limbs. Further, the shape and size of the light source are arbitrarily selected depending on the size of the stuffed animal and the location of the light source. Further, the color tone of the light source may be various colors other than white, and a light source having a color tone having a complementary color relationship with the color tone of the reversible thermochromic layer in the colored state is preferably used.

A thermochromic material containing three components or a thermochromic material exhibiting a color change in the form of fine particles of a resin solid solution of the components (for example, JP-B-51-35414, JP-B-51-44706, and JP-B-52- 7764, Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-29398, etc.). The above-mentioned color changes before and after a predetermined temperature (color change point) as a boundary, and only one specific state can exist in the normal temperature region of both states before and after the change. That is, the other state is
It is maintained while the heat or cold required to develop that state is applied, but returns to the state exhibited in the normal temperature range when the heat or cold is not applied, so-called, temperature-color density It is a type that exhibits a small hysteresis width and changes color.

The system described in Japanese Patent No. 7154, which is colored with a thermochromic material containing a color memory memorizing thermochromic dye that exhibits large hysteresis characteristics and is discolored, is also effective. The dye exhibits a large hysteresis width and changes color. That is, the shape of the curve plotting the change in the color density due to the temperature change is the case where the temperature is increased from the lower temperature side than the color change temperature range and the other is the temperature is decreased from the higher temperature side than the color change temperature range. It is a type that changes color by following a significantly different route. Further, as the thermochromic material, a microcapsule pigment encapsulated in microcapsules is preferably used in order to improve the sensitivity and sensitivity of color change.

材としてもよい。The thermochromic material is applied as a color material such as ink or paint by dispersing a single or a plurality of thermochromic materials having different color changing temperatures in a medium containing a binder which is a film forming material. It can be applied to the surface of the skin material by a printing means such as screen printing, offset printing, gravure printing, coater, tampo printing, transfer, etc., brush coating, spray coating, flow coating, roller coating, dip coating and the like. Here, the surface of the skin material refers to the visible portion of the stuffed animal, and also means, for example, the mouth, the hole of the ear, the bag of the marsupial animal, or the inside of the stuffed animal that can be separated or opened. It is also possible to form a film sheet and attach it via an adhesive. Furthermore, JP-A-60-17

Furthermore, when a cotton-like aggregate having short fibers as the filling material is used, more uniform scattered light can be obtained, and the electric decoration effect is improved. Light from the light source when the color tone and density of the reversible thermochromic layer are complementary to the color of the light source, or when the color tone and density of the reversible thermochromic layer are complementary to the color and density of the non-color-changing layer. It brings about the effect of blocking light, and by combining these, a stuffed animal with various appearances due to light and color changes is configured.

Can be revealed. The stuffed animal in which the letter 11 of "P" is drawn can be kept in that state at room temperature. Furthermore, the tip temperature using the Peltier element is 15 ° C.
Using the following cooling discoloration tool 11, the above-mentioned "P" character 11
When traced upward, the thermochromic ink again develops color, the letter "P" 11 is no longer visible, and the entire surface returns to a black plush toy again.

The outer skin piece was sewn and filled with polyester short fibers as a filling to obtain a doll-shaped stuffed animal. A zipper that could be opened and closed was attached to the opening of the skin material filled with the filling. A switch and a power source (dry cell) are connected to a white fluorescent lamp as a light source, the fluorescent lamp is embedded in the approximate center of the head of the stuffed animal, and the switch is attached to the lower abdomen so that it can be externally lit. Placed inside.
A red non-color-changing ink is applied to the outer surface of the stuffed animal to form a non-color-changing layer, and the upper surface thereof is colorless at 35 ° C. or higher,
A thermochromic ink containing a color-memory thermochromic dye that thermally changes to blue at 15 ° C. or lower was applied to obtain a thermochromic stuffed animal. When the thermochromic stuffed stuffed animal is heated to 35 ° C. or higher, the entire surface exhibits a red color, and this aspect is retained even when returned to room temperature. When the stuffed toy surface is brought into contact with a cooling and discoloring tool having a tip temperature of 15 ° C. or less, the inside of which is filled with ice, the reversible thermochromic layer at the contact portion develops a color and a black image can be drawn. In addition, put the stuffed animal in the refrigerator 1
When cooled to 5 ° C. or less, the entire surface becomes black, and this aspect is retained even when returned to room temperature. When this stuffed animal is brought into contact with a heat discoloring tool having a tip temperature of 35 ° C. or higher, which is filled with warm water, the reversible thermochromic layer in the contact portion is decolored and a red image can be drawn. In the aspect, when the fluorescent lamp is in a colored state, that is, in a state where it emits white light, a brighter red and black plush toy and an image drawn by the color changing tool are visible.
