2. Description of the Related Art A sprinkler fire extinguishing system is supposed to automatically start water discharge at the time of a fire and automatically warn that water has been discharged at the same time. An automatic alarm device has a transmitter that automatically detects the water discharge of the sprinkler head and sends a signal, which is provided for each floor or each water discharge section. A water flow detection device and a pressure detection device are used as the automatic alarm device. Among them, as the flowing water detecting device, there are an automatic alarm valve type, a flowing water actuated valve type, a paddle type and the like.

However, in these conventional water flow detection devices, the automatic alarm valve is expensive, has a complicated structure, and is large. Therefore, the installation space for automatic alarm valves and piping is large, which does not meet the requirements of the current building to maximize living space and minimize the space occupied by fire extinguishing equipment, etc. It was difficult to make an automatic alarm valve.

Further, in the case of the flowing water operated valve type and the paddle type, a valve or paddle is provided in the fire extinguishing pipe, and a flow state associated with flowing water is actuated by a micro switch provided outside the pipe through an axis provided in the valve or the paddle. It has a seal part in the penetrating part that exposes the shaft of the valve or paddle to the outside of the pipe. Therefore, there has been a problem that maintenance management such as liquid leakage from the seal portion is complicated and expensive, and the sliding flow resistance of the seal makes the operating flow rate unstable and unstable, resulting in poor reliability.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. The paddle type running water detecting device is inexpensive, compact and free from liquid leakage.
Further, the present invention provides a water flow detection device for a sprinkler fire extinguishing facility, which is stable in operation and highly reliable.

First Embodiment The present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 of the first embodiment. 1 is a running water detection device with upper and lower flanges, 2
Is a rotating shaft, 3 is a paddle attached to the rotating shaft 2 with one end 31 being offset, 4 is a magnet attached to the other end 32 of the paddle, and 5 is provided near the outside of the running water channel 11 of the running water detecting device 1. The reed switch 6 is a terminal portion having a built-in electric delay timer. Normally, the weight of the magnet 4 provided on the paddle 3 holds the paddle 3 in a horizontal position, and the magnetic force of the magnet 4 of the paddle 3 keeps the reed switch 5 closed (ON). In this state, the electric delay timer 6 has a circuit configuration that does not operate, so that no signal is sent to the alarm device.

When the sprinkler head (not shown) or the like causes the running water to flow from the lower part (temporary side) 11 of the running water detection device 1 toward the upper part (secondary side) 12, and when the running water amount exceeds a certain value, the paddle 3 rotates upward about the rotary shaft 2 to increase the distance between the magnet 4 and the reed switch 5, and the reed switch 5 is in the open (OFF) state. In this state, the electric delay timer 6 is activated, and after a set time, a signal is sent to an alarm device (not shown) to warn that the sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment has been activated. When the amount of flowing water is below a certain value, the movement of the paddle 3 is small and the distance between the magnet 4 and the reed switch 5 does not become large, and the electric delay timer 6 does not operate and does not send a signal to the alarm device.

[Embodiment 2] In Embodiment 1, the running water detection device 1 uses a flange for the pipe connection, but other existing pipe connection methods such as screw processing may be used. Also an electric delay timer 6
Can be changed arbitrarily to use a mechanical delay timer. However, compared with the mechanical delay timer, the electric delay timer 6 has a constant delay time and is stable, has a simple structure and is inexpensive, and can be easily miniaturized. Therefore, the electric delay timer is used. Preferably.

Third Embodiment In the first embodiment, the reed switch 5 has a circuit configuration in which the reed switch 5 is normally closed (ON) when the magnetic force of the magnet 4 is working, and is opened (OFF) when the water flow detection device is activated. However, contrary to this circuit configuration, the reed switch 5 may be normally opened (OFF) and closed (ON) during operation.

Further, according to the structure of the present invention, by changing the size of the paddle 3 and the size of the magnet 4,
By changing the positional relationship between the magnet 4 and the reed switch 5, the operating point, that is, the operating flow rate can be easily changed arbitrarily.
